WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate complex and detailed calendar management. Be the effective point of contact for enquiries
- Understand complex and changing business priorities to ensure the executive's time is optimized, as well as seamless operations and strategic alignment across business units
- Efficiently manage schedules, coordinate daily activities, and prioritize tasks across multiple time-zones with competing deadlines, both from a hands-on and strategic perspective
