**Role Purpose**
Provides executive administrative support to Division Vice President, CTO Operations in the Technology Community.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Handles details of items that are critical in nature on a daily basis
+ Makes contact with internal and external executive leadership on matters that are of a sensitive nature to the company

**Scope of Position**
Provide administrative support to Business Technology Director (BTD), staff, and development department.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Calendar management for BTD/staff; assist with other department calendars as needed
- Travel arrangements to include international/domestic, as well as processing visa/passport requests, work closely with CIBT to ensure document processing goes smooth
- P-card and e-Procurement purchase requisition ordering/tracking
- Create/Distribute communications to organization on behalf of Director
- Create agenda and manage calendar for Weekly Staff Meetings and Department Meetings, facilitate meetings when needed

**Role Purpose**
Corning's Knowledge Services team supports the company's research, development & engineering functions by providing services and supporting capabilities for internal and external scientific and technical knowledge. We are seeking a collaborative and engaging individual to join our team in the Knowledge Management Analyst role as we work to add a new advanced search engine to our capabilities. + 3+ of experience working in the knowledge management or information management area and supporting search engines, content management systems, or metadata
+ Demonstrable experience working with and maintaining search engines or related tools
+ Experience with knowledge management or content management platforms, including SharePoint. APIs or other web services to extract, transform, and update metadata within/across content management systems or repositories
