This opening is a match for someone who enjoys working with details and data, and who will make themselves a valuable part of a small office team while working on this possibly long-term project. The job will require familiarity with MS Office and regular use of Teams, as you assist the organization's Director of Finance with:
- payroll
- disbursements
- employee training tracking
- HR file maintenance
The office has a workweek that starts at 8:30am Monday through Friday and has various ending times, with one day ending at 6pm but Fridays ending at 3pm, so it's a match for someone with a bit of flexibility in their schedule who can keep to that arrangement. Initially, this would be called an indefinite need as the role is being added to support a heavy workload and determine how it will look long-term. The best candidate will be looking for more than a short-term gig, and while it's not necessary that you be looking for a permanent home, there is a good possibility that this could become one for the right person down the road and in that case, you would be part of a place dedicated to making a better community.
