**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in driving sales revenue inside the regional territory as directed.
+ Assist in driving sales revenue outside of the primary regional territory or zone as required by the company and approved by the RSM.

+ Support of VIP customers as directed.
+ Provide weekly and/or monthly reports to management as directed.
+ Provide and maintain customer data for integration into a future database application.
+ Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

Experience:

The Office of Child and Family Services is seeking candidates to provide long-term Administrative Support within OCFS Central Office. This position will provide a variety of support activities, focused on evaluating and processing provider information and requests, developing professional letters and communication, and organizing and filing client records.
The position supports the administration of the OCFS Random Moment Time Study service for the accurate claiming of Federal funding, service request processing for Foster Care Licensing information for the licensing of foster care providers, data entry for Child Care licensing, and administrative support for the Levels of Care program and the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children (ICPC) program. The main purpose of this position is to support the effective and efficient operation of key OCFS central office activities to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and the maximization of the claiming of appropriate federal funding.

1. **Schedule**

The regular working schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This anticipated to be a forty (40) hour per week position, with no overtime. This position will require a combination of in office and remote work.
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. This position is responsible for completing FMLA/Disability forms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. + Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork.

+ Complete FMLA/Disability forms by utilizing industry standard responses as per the type of specialty practice.

+ Monitor all EMR accounts to ensure that all requests are received and processed within requiredtime frame.

+ Conduct quality screenings on incoming PHI to protect patient data. 
+ Verify requesting party contact information including fax number or address. 
+ Update and maintain an Accounting of Disclosure Log for all medical records released. 
+ Provide attention and care to patients and patient representatives.
