POSITION SUMMARY: Performs accounting and clerical functions in direct support of the Accounting Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with accounts payable entry associated with the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Prepares the backup for miscellaneous INDOT project audits.
- Copies all invoices and prepares backup documents for monthly records (LPA claims and vouchers, etc.).
- Assists in preparing the monthly invoicing of projects to clients.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum associate degree and 2 years' experience in accounting.
- Experience in Deltek Vision or other project- based software a plus.
- Strong verbal communications skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public are necessary.

The IT Systems Administrator - Digital Workplace is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's Microsoft 365 environment. This includes a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Forms). The role is instrumental in improving collaboration, streamlining digital workflows, and delivering a secure, user-friendly experience for staff across the organization.
This is an onsite position that works closely with colleagues in Information Services to implement and enforce governance policies, provide Tier 2-3 support, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient digital solutions. The administrator will also support Azure cloud services, Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), and Office 365, ensuring seamless integration, security, and performance optimization across the organization's digital ecosystem. Responsibilities include:
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related collaboration tools.
- Develop and maintain governance standards for SharePoint sites, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
- Collaborate with business units to understand needs and design solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

We are seeking an analytical and technically skilled Engineer / IT Systems Administrator to support the integration and optimization of Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS).
It is a PLUS for the candidate to have experience working with Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), grid operations, and advanced analytics to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
We will train the right candidates in AspenTech OSI DERMS Software, SCADA and other technologies to perform the role as outlined.
Key Responsibilities (Will Train Candidates as Necessary):
- Systems Support: Provides operational support of DERMS applications to ensure system uptime, optimum performance, perform upgrades and patching, and security.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze DERMS data to provide insights that improve grid performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- System Integration: Support the integration of DERMS with SCADA, and other utility systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess DERMS effectiveness.
- Data Management : Work with large datasets to support decision-making and optimization of distributed energy resources.
- Automation & Optimization: Implement automated analytics to enhance DER forecasting and load balancing.
- Business Intelligence: Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with engineers, IT teams, and member owners to improve DERMS functionality.

Requirements
