Protiviti Digital is seeking a n Adobe Experience Senior Consultant and Strategist to work with our amazing roster of clients to develop and manage end-to-end analytics and data collection initiatives as part of larger data and experience delivery engagements. This position plays a key role in driving the strategic development and growth for our clients .
What You Can Expect
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You'll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You'll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates? At the direction of M anagers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies?
What Will Help You Be Successful
+ You enjoy using data & tag management tools such as Adobe Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch), Google Tag Manager (GTM) . If you have experience in Tealium or Ensighten , that's a plus.
+ You are motivated to learn and interested in all things related to digital analytics, primarily Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 , including the latest trends and developments?
+ You are passionate about building relationships with clients and providing clients with exceptional experiences .

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
+ Experience with or understanding of:
+ Experience delivery tools, primarily Adobe Target, and Salesforce Einstein.
+ Debugging and quality assurance (QA) practices primarily focused on Analytics, Tag Implementation and Experience Testing Tools.
+ Understanding of how Customer Data Platforms (CDP) & Data Management Platforms (DMP) contribute to data architecture, personalization, and analysis.
+ Solid understanding of web implementation architecture and strategies, such as HTML, CSS, data layer development and use of content management systems.
+ Documentation skills, including handling and updating documents such as client solutions design references (SDR) and other business requirement documents (BRD).
+ Dive into accounts and find insights and opportunities for performance improvement to maximize ROI, improve experience deliveries and optimize personalization and can clearly communicate these optimizations and results to a broad audience.
+ E valuat ing , summariz ing , organiz ing , and interpret ing data.
+ Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network?
+ Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives?
+ Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate?
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
+ 2 + years working in in analytics implementations & analysis; agency experience preferred
+ Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Data Collection

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$100,000.00 - $50,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
110,000.00 - 165,000.00
Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. - Advise clients on audience segmentation strategies using Acxiom and other data sources.
- Develop content frameworks and guidelines that ensure consistency with brand positioning and resonate with target segments.
**Design and Guide Digital Campaign Execution**
- Partner with clients to plan and oversee digital marketing and ad campaigns, including those implemented via Adobe Audience Manager.
- Define campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and governance structures in collaboration with client teams.
**Enable Data-Driven Optimization**
- Guide the use of analytics tools to monitor digital performance across channels.
- Synthesize insights and facilitate workshops to help clients iterate and refine digital campaigns for continuous improvement.
**Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Act as a trusted advisor to client marketing, sales, and product teams, fostering alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate digital strategies, progress, and impact effectively to senior client stakeholders.
**Supervisory Responsibilities** **:**
- This position will not have direct reports, but will be required to mentor junior associates.
**What You Will Have:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, marketing strategy, or digital marketing.
- Expertise in designing and delivering digital strategies, with a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing data and marketing data management practices.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to engage C-suite executives and broader client teams.
- Ability to prioritize, focus, and manage multiple complex workstreams with strict attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRM, DMPs, CDPs, content platforms).
- Proficient in creating client-ready deliverables (e.g., MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).
- Strong facilitation and client relationship management capabilities.
- Collaborative and inclusive team player with mentoring and leadership experience; knows when to lead and when to support.
- Proactive, highly organized, and adaptable to evolving client needs.
- Willingness to manage multiple deadlines, multitask effectively, and work extended hours when required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (approximately 1 week per month).
