About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a critical role in supporting our dynamic recruiting team. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics
  • Schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews, including travel arrangements

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in the HRIS (Workday experience a plus)
  • Process candidate expense reports and employee referral communications

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy Design, build and implement a recruitment strategy by identifying organizational needs, understanding market trends and creating plans to attract and hire the right talent; Stay current on industry trends and best practices; Attend relative seminars and conferences to expand knowledge and build network in the industry. Talent Acquisition Team Leadership Recruit, train and develop team members as well as manage their performance and career growth; Act as a player/coach to provide appropriate guidance to the team; Communicate expectations of team dynamics, performance, and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders; Establish clear and concise performance goals for each team member and ensure open lines of communication on progress towards goals; Work together with team members to help build their career paths; Identify opportunities for development, appropriate training, and potential certifications. Recruitment Process Oversight From sourcing candidates to making job offers and onboarding new hires, ensure a seamless and effective recruitment experience; Source and attract qualified candidates by using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and recruitment sites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.; Leverage sourcing strategies for cold calling passive candidates to establish rapport and build a pipeline; Post approved job requisitions both internally and externally and conducts interviews as appropriate. New Hire Onboarding Oversee the candidate onboarding process from a pre-hire perspective. This includes ensuring all background check requirements are met, job requirements, assessments, I9 documentation, etc. are accurate, in compliance, and completed in a timely manner; Coordinate with Technology to ensure proper system access, equipment, software, office location, etc. are confirmed prior to the candidate’s hire date; Coordinate with Learning and Development to ensure all new hires are enrolled in the New Employee Orientation classes as well as in required online training classes. Stakeholder Partnership Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with hiring goals, staffing projections, and team dynamics; Ensure recruiting efforts are conducted within approved budget guidelines. Obtain proper approvals and documentation for addition to staff requests outside of budget; Partner with recruiting firms, staffing agencies, colleges, universities and other external providers to source talent. Develop Metrics Develop, track, and analyze recruitment metrics; Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as time to hire (fill), cost per hire and candidate experience to identify opportunities for enhancement; Prepare Board level and Executive level reports; Stay updated on current market and peer trends, and report accordingly; Ensure compliance with state, federal and local laws and regulations that may require certain reporting around hiring. Human Resource Strategic Partnership Work with HR leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company’s business goals. Job Requirements: Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 5 – 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition and recruitment; 3 – 5 years of people management experience; Strong leadership and management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; Detail oriented; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Data-driven decision-making skills; Knowledge of industry trends and best practices; Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Passion for attracting and hiring top talent; Strong MS Office Suite experience. **The opportunity**
As the Director Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and key liaison between the business and the talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will deeply understand the organization's strategic objectives and workforce needs, translating them into a forward-looking recruitment strategy. You will guide and collaborate with the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partner to ensure the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top-tier talents aligned with critical business priorities. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving talent outcomes that fuel business success.
**How you'll spend your day**
**Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership**
+ Partnership Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior leadership, hiring managers and workforce planning lead to understand talent needs. Serve as the voice and expert for TA within the business unit.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate & translate the long-term business requirements to RPO, advising on the implications of talent gaps. ?Consult with business leaders on critical talent needs and opportunities.
+ Business Savvy: Understand the internal business environment and translate it into talent needs. Recommend and participate in implementing recruitment strategies. Candidate Experience: Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing teams to implement best in class candidate attraction and talent pooling processes and tools.
+ Data and KPI: Consistent monitoring of leading data points and translating data into insights.
**Recruitment Strategy Execution**
+ Partner with the Global Sourcing strategist & Key roles Lead to ensure a strong, and diverse candidates pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
+ Proven success driving RPO partnerships.
+ Lead and Mentor the Talent Acquisition Team to align with business goals: providing guidance, training, and development to ensure high performance.
+ Data-driven Leader who briefs executives with crisp insights and market intel.
The selected candidate will be expected to work from our Parsippany, NJ or West Chester, PA office in a flexible hybrid schedule

**Compensation Data**
The annual starting salary for this position is between $147,280- $193,305 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
