Physical Therapist  

Hourly Range: $53.00 - $60.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Location:   Will provide coverage at the following Westchester County outpatient clinics, dividing workdays between locations : 

  • 88 Ashford Avenue, Dobbs Ferry, NY (primary location)
  • Boyce Thompson Center, 1086 North Broadway, Yonkers, NY
  • 625 McLean Avenue, Yonkers, NY

Job Type: Part-time (Mon-Fri; 25 hours per week. We are ideally looking to fill morning hours , but are open to further discussing the work schedule and hours during the interview . )

Responsibilities:

As a PT, You’ll achieve success by:       

  • Reviewing patients medical history   

  • Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person

  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns   

  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients  with clear goals and expected outcomes  

  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury    

  • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed       

Qualifications:

Physical Therapist Requirements:

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state

  • CPR and first aid certification required  

  • Must be familiar with treating outpatient orthopedic conditions, chronic joint pain, and post-operative conditions
