As a Produce Department Lead you will drive sales in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will model expertise in Produce and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Preform surveying assignments under the direction of a supervisor.

- Learn to operate and maintain all instruments and measuring devices including levels, robotic total stations, GPS equipment and data collectors.

Trim and remove trees, remove unwanted, diseased or dying limbs on trees, or to affect the health and safety of trees or surrounding areas by performing the following duties.
**Job Duties**
**What You'll Do:**
+ Climb Trees! Davey offers both DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS climbing systems.
+ Operate as an active crew member with supporting ground crew and crew leader.
+ Perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal services safely and skillfully for clients.
+ Including but not limited to:
+ Pruning, thinning and removing deadwood throughout the tree canopy
+ Installation of cables, bracing and lightning protection systems
+ Removal of hazardous trees
+ Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts and more.

**Qualifications**
**What We're Seeking:**
+ Love of the outdoors
+ Preferred: Background in Forestry, Horticulture, Landscaping, or working at heights

**POSITION: Arborist Trainee Internship**

**Objectives:**
Introduce career-oriented students to exceptional opportunities in the industry including tree care, tree climbing, chainsaw use, plant health care and customer service. Internships in each division may vary in length depending on availability. Interns will be assigned a manager who will mentor them through a variety of job experiences within the industry. Throughout your experience, you will work on residential and commercial properties and in an office setting.
**Job Duties**
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Studying Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Landscape Design, Forestry or related discipline in a 2 or 4 year program
+ Driver's license required. Commercial driver's license highly valuable
+ Pesticide/applicators License preferred
+ Must have enthusiasm for proper plant care and arboriculture
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
+ Demonstrated ability to report for work regularly and punctually
+ Collaboration and communication skills
**Hours**
40-50 hours per week, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays required.
