If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Harvest Technicians to work at their multiple production facilities within a 60-minute drive from the Columbus, Ohio, area. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and harvesting.

Pay Starts at $15/hr

Requirements:
- Fundamental knowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting (including drying, trimming, curing, etc.)
- Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment
- Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times
- Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
- Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10 hours/day.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
- Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take directions and constructive feedback
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
- Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
- Ability to arrive on time
- Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Ohio, which includes being at least 21 years of age.
