We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - AI to join our AI Platform team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in building AI powered full stack applications. Since this position entails development of Generative AI enabled apps, practical experience in generative AI and demonstrating a profound understanding of its principles, applications, and latest advancements is highly desirable. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build and seamlessly integrate AI solutions across the full stack, driving forward our AI initiatives and ensuring robust, scalable implementations.

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain AI platform & AI powered tools / applications, including generative AI solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

• Develop and maintain software solutions that comply with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.2 AA. Integrate accessibility best practices into code, testing, and design processes.

About You:

• 6+ years of experience in product or enterprise software development.
• Strong hands-on experience on the full software stack including Backend / API (Python / GoLang / Node.js), Frontend (Angular/React), Databases (such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB) and Infrastructure (AWS/Azure, Terraform)
• Experience implementing accessible features in web applications.
• Experience developing scalable AI powered solutions at an enterprise level such as Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI service, Amazon Bedrock or similar technologies.
• Recent focus on generative AI, with hands-on experience in applying LLM frameworks such as LangChain
• Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including implementing and optimizing RAG models to enhance information retrieval and generation capabilities
• Proven technical abilities in software development, testing, monitoring, performance tuning and deployment pipelines
• Strong technical communication and collaboration skills

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for working with a wide range of stakeholders to plan, schedule, execute, track, and deliver roadmap projects on-time, on-scope, and on-quality. What You Bring:

About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Data Science to lead its AI/ML-powered document redaction solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in production-grade NLP and PDF processing, particularly in the areas of PII detection and Named Entity Recognition. Experience in a lean environment and the ability to scale a small data science team while actively contributing to the build process are essential. Key responsibilities for the Head of Data Science include bringing models to market, continuously optimizing them in real-world settings, and having a strong focus on MLOps. While experience with SageMaker is preferred, it is not required, as the learning curve is considered manageable.
