**JOB SUMMARY**
This role plays a key role in supporting the team by providing technical expertise and assistance in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This individual works closely with the Senior AI Consultant to understand business objectives and challenges, and contributes to the development and execution of AI strategies. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Problem Identification:Collaborate with Sr. Consultant and business partners to identify AI opportunities. Work with technical teams to explore solutions to business problems through research and applying human centered design methods.
+ Proof of Concept Design and Testing:Work across teams to facilitate the design of a proof of concept and testing plan.Ensure alignment around the problem statement and the measures that would determine whether the solution is viable.Facilitate business readiness tactics and measure effectiveness.
+ Implementation and Value Creation: Support translating proof of concept into scaled use and value creation using change management and project management best practices.Serve as an advisor and partner for change execution.This includes, but is not limited to, working with internal and external learning and communications partners and change strategists to design and deliver interventions that mitigate adoption risk.

**EXPERIENCE**

**What You Bring:**
**Proven Expertise:** 6+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend and data-centric systems.
**Technical Mastery:** Strong in Java, Python, C#, Go or similar languages, and in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
**Cloud-Savvy:** Deep experience with cloud-native development (OCI, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
**Database & Architecture Depth:** In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data access controls, and search tools like Opensearch and Pinecone.
**Pipelines & Messaging:** Hands-on experience with tools like Kafka, Flink, RabbitMQ, and Oracle GoldenGate.
**Engineering Rigor:** Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
**Team Player:** Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and is passionate about mentoring others.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
