How can you make an impact?

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for working with a wide range of stakeholders to plan, schedule, execute, track, and deliver roadmap projects on-time, on-scope, and on-quality. The PM will partner with technical product management, engineering, QA, and business partners to identify and honor critical milestones, remove obstacles or risks that threaten a successful delivery, and to lead agile teams to completion of commitments. The PM is the chief promise keeper of achieving agreed upon milestones, the primary facilitator of collaboration both within and across teams, and the first responder to resolving and reporting impediments.

What You Bring:

1. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred. Advanced degree is a plus.
   • In depth knowledge of software development and adoption, ideally in Ed Tech.
   • Project management experience required managing a project timeline, resources, and scope in order to meet business requirements.
   • Self-motivated and well-organized; able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.

The pay range for this position is between $93,950 - $135,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We are looking for a Staff Machine Learning & Infrastructure Engineer to join the Base Ads team to enable and accelerate the success of Spindl and its soon-to-be launched protocol Flywheel. You’ll be the first MLE on the team, and responsible for building out our ranking system from the ground up. You’ll be in charge of picking the tools, harnessing a diverse set of internal and external data sources, working with Data Science on feature generation, and integrating models directly in our ad serving infrastructure. What you'll be doing:

• Investigate and harness cutting-edge machine learning methodologies, including deep learning, large language models (LLMs), and graph neural networks, to address diverse challenges throughout Base. • Develop and deploy robust, low-maintenance applied machine learning solutions in a production environment.
