**JOB SUMMARY**
This job, as part of a physician team, ensures that utilization management responsibilities are performed in accordance with the highest and most current clinical standards. The incumbent reviews escalated cases electronically and using Medical Policy criteria sets to evaluate the medical necessity and appropriateness of the requested treatment of service. Depending on the nature of the case, telephonic peer to peer discussions may be required. The incumbent ensures compliance to NCQA, URAC, CMS, DOH, and DOL regulations at all times. In addition to utilization review, the incumbent participates as the physician member of the multidisciplinary team for case and disease management. They will advise the multidisciplinary team on cases, particularly high-risk cases, through the team structure. Additionally, the incumbent may be assigned special projects to help support and improve the care of our members
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Conduct electronic review of escalated cases against medical policy criteria, which may include telephonic peer to peer discussions, to determine medical necessity and appropriateness. Complete initial determination of cases, review of appeals and grievances, and other reviews as assigned. Compose clear and concise rationales for member and provider determination notifications all while adhering to required compliance standards (NCQA, URAC, CMS, DOH, and DOL regulations, etc.). Ensure that all aspects of the medical management process are consistent with community standards of care.
+ Participate as a member of the CMDM multidisciplinary team. Attend huddles and grand rounds. Advise multidisciplinary team on cases that require physician expertise.
+ Participate in protocol and guidelines development to ensure consistency in the review process.
+ Actively manage projects and/or participate on project teams that require a physician subject matter expert.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated expertise in GTM strategy design for clinical services, including solution leadership and market positioning.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall conduct and operational activities of one or more multi-center clinical research studies. Position is responsible for managing all aspects of the study including internal, site and data management.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Coordinates, manages, and performs activities related to clinical research projects:

  • Oversees and participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of protocols, consent forms, case report forms, and study specific materials for assigned projects.
  • Manages all aspects of assigned clinical studies/projects to ensure studies are completed in compliance with protocol, SOPs, FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.
  • Assists in generation of IND, annual reports, and other study status reports.
  • Provide support to Investigators, Study Coordinators, and other appropriate site personnel regarding study workflow, overcoming obstacles and general questions regarding study conduct.
  • Collaborates with Operational teams when applicable to ensure effective and efficient study implementation and management as it relates to operational processes.
  • Coordinates initial and ongoing protocol and CRF training.
  • Participates in data management activities to ensure the generation of accurate, complete, and consistent clinical data for individual clinical trials. Participates in creation of study specific data management plans.
  • Participates in case report form and clinical database management system development process for individual clinical trials. Assists in defining logic and edit check mechanisms and in end user testing and documentation processes.
  • Coordinates and monitors on-site monitoring visits in compliance with study monitoring plan with Audit/Monitoring Manager. Participates in creation of study specific monitoring plans.
  • Tracks progress of studies/projects and initiates appropriate actions to resolve barriers or promote successes. Identifies and performs study related problem-solving internally and at trial sites.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports as required to meet study-specific requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

  • Clinical and outcomes research study design
  • Extensive clinical research knowledge and understanding of clinical trial methodology
  • Project management
  • Medical terminology
  • Quality assurance
  • GCP, ICH and FDA clinical guidelines
  • Clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMS

Ability to:

  • Demonstrate advanced oral and written communication
  • Exhibit independent problem solving and proven project management skills
  • Show strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Manage multiple tasks
  • Effectively interact with a variety of individuals
  • Work independently with minimal oversight as well as actively contribute to project teams

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or health related field.
  • Five years of experience directly supporting and/or managing clinical trials according to ICH/GCP/FDA guidelines.

Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Associate (PCA) passionate about aesthetics to join our team. The PCA will act as the secondary sales consultant within the center and assist the lead Patient Care Consultant (PCC) in conducting in-person consultations, guiding patients through the Sono Bello process, and helping them choose procedures that align with their goals.

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated history of sales success, experience thriving in a fast-paced setting, possess confidence, emotional intelligence, and credibility, exhibit high integrity, and maintain an excellent work ethic. This role requires a highly motivated and coachable individual who works well in a team environment and can excel in a consultative setting while effectively overcoming objections.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate daily with the Patient Care Consultant (the center's lead sales consultant) and Area Sales Leader to achieve targets
  • Conduct consultations with new and existing patients to understand their goals and coordinate with surgical team members (Doctors) for their next steps
  • Educate patients on our approach, procedures, and financing options
  • Manage follow-ups with the clinical team and patients to ensure a seamless, positive experience
  • Develop and maintain a patient pipeline, including proactive follow-ups with prospective patients
  • Lead and inspire your center team to ensure the best possible patient experience
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior sales experience or direct exposure to one-on-one consultative selling, especially in aesthetic industries such as plastic or cosmetic surgery, cosmetics, hair restoration, or laser hair removal, is considered a plus
  • Ability to quickly build rapport, assess patient needs, and create urgency that drives action
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients, physicians, and team members
  • Technology proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools for managing a sales pipeline, running financing, and scheduling, is considered a plus
  • Self-starter with strong accountability and motivation to hit and exceed performance targets (KPIs)
  • Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure
  • Exceptionally organized and able to prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Required to work the last three business days of the month, per our time off guidelines.
Compensation:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. We offer competitive pay, generous monthly bonuses, and excellent training.

The compensation package includes:
  • $45,000.00 base salary
  • Overtime and overtime premium
  • Uncapped bonus potential based on KPI and goal achievement
  • Total compensation ranges between $00,000.00 - 130,000.00 annually
  • Preset consultations (warm leads provided)

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
