Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for a Financial Analyst In Scottsdale, AZ to join our business finance team to support our financial reporting for DEPCOM Power.

A successful candidate will build relationships with key partners working to identify and drive opportunities and strategic initiatives and respectfully challenging the status quo. This position is fulfilling to a candidate who thinks economically, critically, and enjoys working with a broad range of individuals and capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Originate forecasting tools and dashboards for scenario planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial to understand changes in revenue drivers, cost structures, and market dynamics, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Support the organization on customer portfolio and cost stacks.
  • Provide effective communication to a wide range of audiences including senior management.
  • Build relationships with key business partners and capabilities at all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in our financial revamp project to transform business measures.
  • Drive accountability by establishing planning cadences, aligning financial targets with operational goals, and tracking progress against key performance indicators.
  • Identify and quantify efficiency opportunities and strategic bets in partnership with capability leaders.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience working in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Experience applying key accounting concepts and financial statement analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365
  • Experience with Advanced Excel skills
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 3 plus years' experience with FP&A
  • Business experience related to the construction or EPC industry
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
