SUMMARY:
Is capable of performing a variety of production functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various tools and equipment. A production worker is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary. We are currently recruiting for all positions on our heavy side. First and foremost this is an EXTREMELY physical position. Candidates MUST be able and willing to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly over a 10-hour shift.
Primary duties of the production include :
Reads and interprets work orders
Able to perform production procedures for each part
Able to meet quality standards
Able to work at or above efficiency standards
Able to follow detailed work instructions specific to production processes
Able to follow set up instructions as assigned
Will stop production and report to supervisor when in doubt about any production process
Perform all work in strict accordance with Company Safety standards and good work safety practices
Report any safety issues or concerns immediately
Report to supervisor when all work is complete
Abide by all company policies and directions regarding work hours.
Be able to work overtime as necessary by Company Management.
Must complete daily time cards accurately and thoroughly
Must maintain good attendance record as stated in Employee Handbook
Do not waste materials, supplies, tools or equipment
Maintains positive attitude and offers suggestions
Follow other directions by Supervisor
Requirements of the production include:

Hours: 1st shift M-Th 6am-3pm F 6am-12pm (overtime on Saturdays)
2nd shift M-Th 3:30pm-2am (overtime on Fridays)
