Role Distribution:
- 60% Clinical Practice - with an option to lower FTE if desired

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight for primary care services

- Lead Primary Care redesign initiatives
- Drive system-wide program implementation
- Maintain an active clinical practice

Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Active Wisconsin Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Active Unrestricted DEA registration
- Minimum of 8 years of primary care clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a physician leadership role
