Job Overview: The Food Assembly Associate will work to assist our management teams goals and ensure product quality for a variety of different prepared food items.
Job Duties:
- Prepare products according to recipes.
- Work with production line to meet daily quotas.
- Flexible schedule to work required overtime and Sundays.
- Familiar with FIFO procedures
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work area using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adhere to all required tasks and procedures related to safe food handling, preparation, production.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Cold conditions (about 40 degrees inside always)
- Keep up with the pace of production while meeting quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Perform repetitive lifting up to 10lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Prior experience working in a refrigerated production environment preferred.
- Must be 18 yrs. or older.
Physical Requirements:
- Can stand, bend and lift objects with regularity: 100%
- Can work in variable temperatures for extended periods: 100%

Specific Duties:

**Qualifications**

Summary of Position
Operate production line for sealing or impregnation of prepared customer parts using cranes, hoists and other controls to move customer parts through various stages of production.
What will you do?
- Load and unload customer parts and/or baskets into the 110/130/140 line in a safe, timely and efficient manner using a crane or hoist.
- Complete visual inspections and quality checks before processing and alert Quality Personnel or Team Lead about damaged, dirty or contaminated parts.
- Understand and troubleshoot basic line or crane/hoist issues.

- Assists with loading and unloading duties as needed, both on and off the production line.
