Principal Accountabilities:
1. Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.

Required:
1. Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
2. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
3. BLS certification.

Summary

- Administrators medical staff; develops and achieves goals for the department and/or services which are measurable, time limited, and consistent with the mission, strategic plan, and quality improvement plans of the hospital.
- Promotes the development and enhancement of a Shared Governance Model on the unit by establishing/fostering unit committees and councils. Ensures, at a minimum, the active functioning of unit committees aimed at practice/quality, staffing, and scheduling.

- Manages the financial aspects of the department(s), remaining within target and accounting for variances from budget.
- Supports, enforces, and complies with hospital and Patient Care Services philosophy, policies, procedures, and protocols.

+ Lead the development of DTS documents to align External Data Vendors and Research Partners on the required structure for data. This includes:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Masters preferred
- Current New Jersey RN Licensure
- BLS required. (American Heart Association)
- Eating Disorder experience preferred but not required
- Psychiatric nursing experience required
- Nursing leadership experience preferred
Scheduling Requirements :
- Full Time 40 hours per week
Essential Functions:
- Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.
- 20 bed Eating Disorder Unit cares for adolescents and adults with eating disorders (ages 14-17 and 18 and up)
- Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of Eating Disorder Unit
- An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ Somerset
- Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
- This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction.

The Sr Medical Services Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter would also be tasked with utilizing various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance.
- Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents to the credentialing team, adhering to company compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on provider recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Ensure all hiring decisions comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative provider/DX facility recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with operational leaders to address workforce and provider recruitment challenges.
- Assist with training new provider/DX facility recruiters and cross-training of existing lower level recruiters.
- Please note upon hire, Veteran Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus Co. will provide all necessary computer equipment that is to be utilized to fulfil the duties of your role. New hires will not be exempt from using company provided equipment.
