The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) directs and coordinates clinical services in inpatient and outpatient programs. He/She ensures the clinical staff receives appropriate clinical supervision, training, and assures quality patient care for all patients admitted to the service and provides direct patient care as needed. The DCS facilitates connection with the community to create a continuum of care and assures utilization of services. He/She also facilitates the continuum of care with Rogers Services.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee Rogers Behavioral Health clinical staff performance in providing treatment services.
- Ensure clinical protocol implementation in all programs at clinic and inpatient units.
- Provide supervision and promote the professional development of clinical staff working with patients.
- Ensure the clinical staff receives appropriate clinical supervision.
- Conduct fidelity monitoring with clinical staff.
- Review admission screens when assigned.
- Supervise and train master's prepared Outpatient Supervisor.
- Ensure proper follow up on patient care audits.
- Participate in staffings as needed and provide recommendations regarding treatment and discharge planning of patients.
- Maintain and assure consistent service delivery for patients according to the established standards of care.
- Develop program materials in conjunction with the Chief Clinical Officer and other content experts; i.e., handouts, fact sheets, manuals.
- Participate in supervision sessions as needed with the Chief Clinical Officer or Campus Clinical Director and communicate with the Clinic Director on an ongoing basis regarding clinical issues.
- Conduct formal training within areas of expertise as relevant to clinical care and best practice.
- Offer ongoing training, support and coaching to staff members less familiar with the specialized areas of treatment or protocols developed as part of the Rogers Improvement System.
- Responsible for oversight and completion of treatment plans.
Oversee Clinical Services for inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient levels of care.
- Coach and mentor clinical staff to facilitate professional growth and competence.
- Assist managers in establishing individual goals that are consistent with the mission of Rogers Behavioral Health (RBH).
- Promote a team environment by example and by problem-solving workload dilemmas.
- Interact with employees in a sensitive, positive manner.
- Understand and utilize policies and procedures manual.
- In coordination with manager, Involve the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) in any employee-related situation and initiate disciplinary process as needed.

Work collaboratively with clinical program managers and medical staff to create an annual plan for each clinical program that:
- evaluates the clinical program structure, productivity and effectiveness;
- includes clinical development goals;
- addresses space/physical plant needs/issues;
- assures financial viability;
- meets all Joint Commission, state and federal standards; and
- emphasizes training, clinical competence, and values customer services.
Facilitate the use of a continuum of care to best support treatment outcomes.
- Assure clinical staff are utilizing levels of care within the Rogers system.
- Assure the development of continuum with community agencies.
- Serve as a liaison between assigned programs and to programs within the community.
- Provide training to clinical staff to orient to levels of care and strategies to improve follow-up care by patients.
Documentation.
- Document mental health services according to applicable regulations and payer expectations.
- Assure documentation of treatment plans, hierarchies, and psychosocial information and completeness of the medical record by clinical staff.
- Conduct periodic record audits of medical records to assure proper documentation for patients receiving treatment by clinical staff.
May provide direct patient care for patients in Rogers Behavioral Health (RBH).
- May conduct consultation assessments on patients in the programs.
- Work with staff to develop and update the patient's treatment plan.
- May provide ongoing care in conjunction with clinical staff to selected patients in the program.
Monitor clinical staff performance and provide opportunities for age-specific continuing education.
- Provide continuing education for the clinical staff, as requested and as deemed necessary, to keep staff informed of significant new developments and new skills in psychological care of patients.

- Develop department customer service/public relations plan.
- Interact with the various hospital departments to communicate customer-related issues.
- Participate in the customer feedback process when necessary.
- Educate medical staff regarding the marketing plan.

Position Overview:
The Clinical Field Services Manager is a key leadership role within Bluestone Physician Services, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence and achieving clinical support outcomes within the Florida market by leading, mentoring, and aligning Clinical Field Supervisors (CFSs) and their teams. The Clinical Field Services Manager will be instrumental in ensuring consistent leadership practices, fostering strong provider collaboration, implementing workflow optimizations, and driving performance improvements in line with Bluestone's strategic goals.
Schedule: Full time position, regular business hours, no evenings, weekends or holidays. Role will require some travel within the Wisconsin market.
Location: This is a remote/hybrid role - candidate hired MUST reside in our Wisconsin market, ideally within the Milwaukee or Fox Valley areas.
Salary: $70,000 - $88,000 Annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Alignment:

To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.Building long-term relationships with your patients who are suffering from end stage renal disease and are receiving treatment on average 3 times/week. You will also be responsible for educating patients on Kidney Dialysis related topics.Team. Cross functional team of clinicians including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers and leadership. Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.
Work Experience- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
- Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
