This role is crucial for providing remote support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for a wide array of automated systems and machinery. You will be the first line of defense in resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting for industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and SCADA systems.
• Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and system errors through remote access tools and diagnostic software.
• Guiding on-site personnel (clients or local technicians) through troubleshooting and repair procedures.

• Strong understanding of PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, VFDs, and industrial networking protocols.
