**A SkyWest Pathway Pilot position will provide you with benefits that include:**
Enhanced company seniority, guaranteed interview, access to a Pathway Advocate, and an interview prep session, are just a few of the upgrades students can receive by joining the SkyWest Pilot Pathway Program. Unlike an internship, the Pilot Pathway Program allows students to remain at their campus to complete their flight training . Each member of the program is individually mentored by SkyWest advocates and pilots, and may have the opportunity to participate in SkyWest recruiting events and outreach programs.
**Please note that this is an unpaid position. Lodging will be provided if required to travel for company business.**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
+ Be either an active student at a certified flight school (part 61 or 141) or actively engaged in time building, including military flying, toward becoming a commercial pilot
+ Be a U.S. citizen or able to show proof of right to work in the U.S.
+ May not have more than two check ride failures
+ Most actively update flight hours, 1x per month, through your skywestonline portal to stay enrolled in the program
If not enrolled at one of SkyWest's elite partners you must also meet the following:
+ Hold a Private Pilot License, an Instrument Rating, and a Commercial Rating
+ Have a minimum of 250 flight hours
