Purpose:

The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) will be responsible for applying sales strategies in an effort to grow CC's business at new and existing customer sites with an emphasis on the manufacturing sector. The BSM will work to sell CC's parts washer and environmental services to facilities that include small to medium size industrial and automotive repair businesses. Continuous growth of branch sales will be key to this position. The BSM will be provided with a car allowance and is expected to drive their personal vehicle as part of this role.

Specific Duties:
  • Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is consistent with all CC safety guidelines
  • Responsible for customer service and new business development in a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company
  • Pursues additional services with existing accounts
  • Assesses potential customer needs, presents CC products and services to customers, and develops new customers
  • Performs managerial duties in lieu of Branch Manager on an interim basis as needed
  • Perform field tests and proper sampling of various waste streams at customer sites
  • Develops sales leads for Data-Marketing
  • Assist CC field sales representatives in sales activities in relation to new customer accounts
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
  • Maintains compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
  • Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Work Experience:
  • Sales experience required (CC sales preferred)
  • Industrial sales experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to obtain Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with HAZMAT and Airbrake Endorsements preferred
  • Ability to obtain TWIC/rapid gate/port pass preferred
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds CC's published standards including, but not limited to the following;
    • Seat belt and cell phone violations
    • Excessive speeding
    • DUI, suspension and/or multiple vehicle collisions
Personal Protective Equipment:
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent lifting of materials that typically weigh 54-80lbs
  • Frequent pushing/pulling of 16-55 gallon drums or larger containers of waste/product using CC-approved equipment for safe material handling, drum weight may exceed 400lbs
  • Frequent lifting of hoses weighing up to 55lbs.
  • Frequent climbing of ladders to access approved waste streams
  • Occasionally pulling/dragging of hoses weighing up to 55lbs each
  • Frequent lifting of grates, manhole covers, and other plates to access approved waste streams
  • All applicants must pass the pre-employment physical including drug & alcohol screening
Work Environment:

While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, drive frequently, and comfortably use electronic devices and other office equipment. Essential duties require bending, squatting, climbing, lifting and twisting frequently. Noise level in the workplace can vary based upon the work environment. **The opportunity**
EY's FSO tax practice provides comprehensive and specialized tax assistance tailored to the unique needs of the asset management industry. You would join our tax professionals who are knowledgeable and experienced with varied and specialized facets of hedge fund, private equity fund and mutual fund taxation, including fund and organizational structuring, tax minimization planning, on-call advice, and tax compliance.
**Your key responsibilities**
As a senior in our Wealth & Asset Management practice, you will be responsible for tax compliance and advisory work for clients. You would work with Managers through Partners on key client issues in domestic federal, international and state and local taxation with a focus on implementing tax strategies that align with the client's business objectives. You will be involved in tax compliance accounts for hedge funds, mutual funds and/or private equity funds.
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ Solid technical knowledge in the asset management tax area
+ Ability to analyze trading reports for tax character and book tax differences, such as wash sales, constructive sales, straddles, and other securities issues.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience; or an advanced degree in tax or law and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
+ CPA license or a licensed Attorney is required or the ability to achieve one of these certifications
+ A minimum of 2 years of relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
+ Familiarity with the financial services industry gained through direct involvement with managed investment vehicles
+ Broad exposure to federal income taxation and exposure to state and local tax

**Job Description Summary:**

The role partners with US Employer Accounting, Segment BFOs, Product BFOs, Specialty Finance leads, Enterprise FP&A, and the Hyperion IT team. In addition, this role will prepare and maintain the Capital Plan process for Cigna Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity that provides great exposure across US Employer, and an opportunity to work with Finance, Accounting and business leadership.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Consolidate US Employer's projection and actual results within Hyperion, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation by product.
+ Serve as the primary finance partner for Hyperion support during quarterly projections, assisting finance partners on input or system related issues.
+ Support development of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including BFO and MBR packages, supplemental exhibits and segment BFO scorecards for senior leadership.
+ Support identification of key drivers of variances across product projections and ensure narrative is consistent with projection.
+ Understand US Employer business fundamentals to be able to review and challenge projections to ensure forecasts are 'closest to the pin'.

+ Support ad-hoc financial and accounting requests and key projects for senior leadership.
**Requirements:**

+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting or related
