The Senior Accountant for our Retail Ops, Financial Reporting team is responsible for preparation and analysis for moderate to highly complex accounting activities related to the management of the various general ledger accounts and transactions associated with Real Estate.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation schedules along with performing P&L variance analysis on various real estate occupancy general ledger accounts.
+ Specific areas include, but are not limited to ASC 842 ROU Assets and Lease Liabilities, Occupancy Accruals including contract rent, charges, and utilities, and Construction Allowance Receivables
+ Work closely with third-party vendor on real estate accounting matters.
+ Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting certification decks and year-end analysis.
+ Prepare quarterly and annual year end disclosures to support Earnings Call Materials and the annual filing of the 10-K.
+ Execute financial and operational procedures, ensuring effective and efficient internal controls are documented and working as designed.
+ Identify areas of opportunity/weakness and recommend solutions for achieving optimal efficiency in a controlled environment.
+ Ability to complete, review, and present all quarter-end and year-end Tax reporting from the SAP system, as well as support other ad hoc Tax requests.
+ Become familiar with current BBW Lease Accounting Policy and act as a resource for the team.
+ Perform ad hoc analysis on a regular basis, assist in special projects, and support the development of materials for executive leadership.
Qualifications
+ 3-5 years Accounting and/or Finance experience
+ Seasoned analytical, system and accounting skills (strong understanding of GAAP)
+ Ability to prepare all work in a timely manner with high level of attention to detail.

Responsible for national accounts within a geographic area in the insurance replacement segment. Responsible for identifying all opportunities by creating appropriate strategies to obtain both market share growth in existing accounts and converting business to Hertz from competitive accounts. Director of Sales, Data Platform

The ideal candidate for the Sales Leader, NACI Data Platform role will have a strong background within industry sector(s) and cloud data platform solutions and a passion for helping customers transition to the Cloud. This role requires knowledge of the marketplace and focus on selling business outcomes at the C-level through Oracles Cloud portfolio into vertical markets. This is a leadership role and include managing a team of Data Platform sellers. Thrive in this crucial role!
As a Sales Leader is an expert in sales process, resource utilization and a mentor to direct reports, inside sales, engineering pre-sales, supporting staff and channel partners. The primary focus of the role is to promote a complete Oracle Cloud Solution, drive aggressive customer acquisitions and cloud services consumption growth, strategically plan and complete regional sales programs, and act as a technical/sales strategist in competitive situations.
**Specific areas of focus include:**
Data and AI, IaaS – Infrastructure as a Service (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Analytics, Security, Integration, Applications Workload moves to cloud, as well as Cloud Native Application Development including Mobile Cloud Services and Autonomous Technology initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction surrounding Oracle growing Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services portfolio.
+ Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that improves Oracles opportunities across all products and product lines.
+ Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
+ Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
+ Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
+ Builds effective working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
+ Develops and completes a territory plan to improve revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
+ Assists in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.
**Requirements:**
+ 5+ years Technology / Cloud Sales Management experience.
+ Ability to hire and train top Talent, new sales representatives
+ Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues, customer priorities
+ Demonstrated leadership skills.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences.
+ Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions.

+ Experience selling Data Solutions as well as Public Cloud Infrastructure or strongly related services at other cloud-based companies
**Other Preferred Skills and Experience**
+ 10+ years of enterprise direct sales experience with large quotas and proven success
+ 5 years leading and Managing Sales Team of technology sales professionals and supporting functions such as inside sales, pre-sales engineers, Cloud, marketing and channels
+ 5 years experience navigating long sales cycles in a matrix environment with demonstrated experience in complex commercial structures
+ Experience selling outsourcing solutions or services to Vertical Industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail, Telecom, etc.); specific knowledge of business drivers and adoption patterns will be given special consideration
+ Demonstrated ability to influence different buying personas (LOB Execs, IT, Operations, Development, etc.) within the Fortune 500 enterprise
+ Expert understanding and the ability to effectively evangelize multiple cloud adoption patterns including Hybrid, Data Center and Application Modernization, re-platforming, Cloud Native, Web-scale and High-Availability
+ Practical understanding of the concepts surrounding DevOps, Continuous Integration, Micro Services and their impact to organizational change
+ B.S. or B.A. from a major university – engineering or computer science preferred
+ Strong public speaking ability with desire to train others and continue to explore and learn

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,200 to $270,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

WSP is currently seeking a Project Accountant to join our team. This position can be based in any WSP California or mid-Atlantic office location. Other WSP US office locations will be considered. Experienced project accountant professional providing accounting and financial specialist support to one or more Project Managers and/or project team(s). Tasks include reviewing and evaluating project charges for accuracy, completing cost transfers, establishing and updating funding as needed, instituting and maintaining project budgets, and ensuring that all project data is current for medium-sized and/or moderate-level complexity projects. Generates accurate and thorough financial documentation and reporting regarding infrastructure/transportation/professional services projects, working in tandem with project managers on pre-billing information review, cost estimates, and invoicing. Ensures that responsibilities are delivered and adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards, supporting the delivery of future-ready solutions to clients.
Your Impact
+ For assigned project(s), manage and analyze the collection, recording, and allocating of project costs and revenue, ensuring accurate project profit and loss calculations, and communicating project financial performance and profitability to project/program management.
+ Responsible for lifecycle project accounting from creating project accounts in Oracle, to tracking projects and project budget, validating invoicing, project close-out, and reconciling overall project payables and receivables to project budgets.
+ Perform detailed and involved accounting tasks related to managing project contract, billing events and billing transaction exceptions revenue for medium-sized and/or moderate-level complex projects.
+ Partner with the Project Manager and project team to establish the project budget, updating budgets, and making project accounting recommendations as needed when contract modifications or budget changes arise.
+ Generate project financial reports, evaluating the reports for any items, including labor breakage, that need to be escalated for review by the Project Manager as necessary.
+ Authorize access to project accounts, and the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts in compliance with established accounting practices and guidelines.
+ Maintain quality control standards and procedures for generating accurate and precise project-related financial records using Oracle, spreadsheets, and software.
+ For assigned projects, apply learned accounting expertise relating to project resources, labor and expenses, investigating project variances and submitting variance reports to management.
+ Verify contract and change order characteristics for projects that are medium-sized and/or of a moderate-level of complexity, including reading and interpreting contract language, method of compensation, modifications, purchase orders, and subcontract/consultant terms.
+ Monitor key indicators for managing and analyzing problem projects, keeping project managers and/or project accounting manager informed on any noted concerns.
+ Responsible for ensuring draft invoices from billing are accurate based on the contract requirements agreed upon with the client; identifying any needed corrections, obtains Project Manager documentation and signature. Finalizes the invoice approval with the Project Manager/billing team and submits the invoice to the client.
+ Subcontract management and coordination with Contract Administrators. This includes evaluating subconsultant invoice submittals for accuracy, establish and maintain purchase orders for subconsultants, and requests and follows up on subcontractor payment requests with Accounts Payable.
+ Identify and record unpaid contract billings, following up on any delinquent accounts receivable and/or unbilled costs.
+ Respond to requests for more detail from clients, investigate all project expenses not billed to clients, and review and approve all project-related billings to clients.
+ Attend project-related meetings to inform the team regarding the current status of project financials, articulating problem projects and following up on any identified actions as discussed.
+ Create and submit government reports related to projects.
+ Compile information for review by a more Senior Consultant prior to submitting for internal and external auditors as required.
+ Interact with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients in a confident and professional manner.
+ Remain current in latest project accounting principles and subject matter.
+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Who You Are
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or closely-related discipline (or demonstrated proven equivalent experience).
+ 3 to 5 years of relevant post education experience in accounting, project contracts and change management documents.
+ Working knowledge of project accounting principles, practices, and methods and their application to project work-related issues.
+ Analytical mindset with an ability to exercise sound independent judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions with financial implications to the company.

**Purpose**
Oversee and report on project cost accounting in a timely and accurate manner for the Company.
**Responsibilities**
**Leadership and Direction**
+ Receive broad guidance relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. + Manage monthly invoicing process for projects.
