What does a successful Banking Business Systems Analyst do?
This position, will help establish and work with business analyst standards, assist with the software development process by defining and documenting software requirements, and reviewing the developed software to ensure it functions correctly, meets our software development standards, and fulfills the previously agreed-upon requirements.
What you will do:

Work with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Client Care, and Compliance, as well as clients, to clearly define and document their requests.

Assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting of reported problems pertaining to software developed by the team.

Determine how to best implement the requested changes/customizations, which may include working with Development staff, Product Managers, QA staff, and/or other Business Analysts.

Create business requirements documentation/programming specifications with sufficient detail to enable application developers to complete the programming request.

Ensure that the final user documentation effectively conveys the information the client needs.

Review and validate developed software solutions to ensure that the completed product matches the business requirements and operates correctly.
What you will need to have:

2+ years of business experience within the Banking and/or Credit Union industries.

Agile software methodology experience

Familiarity with software testing and validation methods.

Familiarity with software problem research methods.

Experience with SQL and Figma is preferred.

Experience with Agile development preferred.

Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for extensive communication and facilitation between technical and non-technical audiences.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $66,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. What does a successful Payment Exchange/Wires Product Manager do at Fiserv?
The Product Manager is accountable for the strategic direction and tactical execution of design, delivery, and operational support aligned to Fiserv's commercial treasury portfolio. This critical role is responsible for Product ownership of a premium Treasury banking solution for commercial customers covering the full gamut of bank provided services ranging from information reporting, payment processing, receivables management and expense management for thousands of commercial customers at dozens of large financial institutions. As a Product manager, you will be focused on the coordination and continual evolution of the digital solutions and integrations for the Digital Payments division. These responsibilities include product strategy, operations structuring, and market assessment working closely with counterparts in Technology development, Implementation and Delivery, Operations, Product Marketing, Sales and Account Management.
What you will do:
- You will have responsibility to lead the development of a well-rounded multi-year product- and market-facing strategy and the execution plans to deliver on that strategy. A key to your success will be your partnership with leaders for stakeholder products to deliver on deeply integrated capabilities in support of commercial center.
- As expected, this role requires developing strong working relationships with the Senior Leadership team, Product Management, Marketing, Sales & Servicing Managers, building trust and credibility through teamwork within and across Fiserv Divisional Business Units.
- The goal is to maintain delivery of a high quality, stable, and scalable Commercial Center platform supporting Fiserv clients and their accountholders
- You should be a validated, innovative, visionary leader with a demonstrated ability to work across complex matrixed & shared services environment, having demonstrated the ability to understand the market, establish effective product direction, and drive business growth.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management especially in the Commercial Treasury Banking driving Product Development and commercialization, Banking Operations or Solutions Architecture roles.
- 6+ years of experience with Financial Technology products/services within a financial institution or software or servicing solutions company.
- Experience working in complex wholesale banking product distribution models where services are embedded or delivered through other solutions and where your product end-user is a customer of your client - B2B2C model.
- Strong knowledge of trends in the Commercial or Treasury banking, payments & financial services business and how these trends will impact future business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver positive results in a complex business environments by building strong relationships with the customer base by demonstrating a strong understanding of the business and the financial services industry challenges & opportunities
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred.

The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with the VP of Reimbursement, leveraging expertise in CareTend, CareTend BI, and CPR+. This role is key to enhancing data utilization and management reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, enabling them to effectively gather, organize, analyze, and present large volumes of data with precision and accuracy.

Job Type: Hybrid/Remote, Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required (i.e. Finance, Software
- Development, Computer Science, etc.)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience required
- Knowledge of CareTend and/or CPR+ required
- Healthcare experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
- Experience with databases, reporting, and mining data using Excel required
- Strong systems orientation (preferred).
- Experience working with Bl Tools (such as Tableau, Power Bl, Sisense) (preferred)
- Prior experience working with Medicare rules, regulations, billing codes (preferred)

- Have an expert level understanding of SQL and stored procedures
- Design, implement, and support CareTend and/or CPR+ architectures applying standards for
- security (HIPAA/HITRUST), scalability, performance, and reliability
- Load domain-specific data marts for consumption by analytic processes, reporting, and Bl
- tools
- Deliver Ad Hoc reporting and analytics as needed
- Attend staff meetings, teleconferences and patient care conferences as needed
- Understand and follow PromptCare's employee policies and procedures

We are currently seeking a highly motivated financial analyst to join our US finance team in our New Providence, NJ office
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day back-office accounting processes
- Assist in coordination efforts with external service providers for international accounting
- Assist with month end close
- Assist with multijurisdictional sales tax filings
- Active participation in planning and budgeting process and tracking and analyzing against budgets
- Support reporting process for internal/business stakeholders including weekly KPI reporting
- Cooperate with both US and PL International Accounting teams
- Assist in finance related projects, including system automation, new process rollouts
- Support annual audits
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Education and Experience:
- You are well-organized and detail oriented
- Bachelors degree in finance/accounting
