What You Will Do:
Direct and coordinate clinical departments and sites; assumes responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered in compliance with State and federal regulations (Conditions of Participation).
Supervise and provide direction to nursing staff and team members, in an effort to ensure quality, compliance with Plan of Care, assessment and reassessment of patient's needs and continuity of services by appropriate health care personnel.
Supports employee and patient education to enhance knowledge, skills and achieve quality experiences. Continuously trains nursing staff to retain employees with the highest quality of patient care.
Provide coaching, development, feedback and annual evaluations to team members in a professional and timely manner.

**6. Assists** with ambulation to including walkers, canes, prostheses, etc.
**7. Maintains** a safe environment by adhering to Hospital policies and procedures for isolation techniques, use of restraints, and falls prevention. Reports any unsafe condition to the appropriate personnel.
**8. Documents** and reports care delivered per policy.
**9. Performs** other related duties as assigned or as workload or staffing variations require.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES**
**Education:** The level of knowledge ordinarily acquired through the completion of high school level courses. Ability to read, write, and spell English and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
**Licensure:** CNA license preferred. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
**Experience:** Experience in patient care preferred.
**Other Job Requirements:** Ability to respond with flexible and changing workload of patient assignments.
Ability to perform as a team member, supporting a patient focused environment in all interactions with patients, families, visitors and volunteers.
Knowledge of basic nursing practices.
Knowledge of principles of body mechanics.
Knowledge of methods of maintaining a safe, working environment.
