• Perform and supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various aircraft types.

• Conduct safety audits and ensure a safe working environment for the maintenance team.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and aviation maintenance standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in aircraft maintenance software.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
