**Job Description**
The Tiltrotor Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing all mechanical parts during the assembly of the helicopter. This includes rotor head, transmissions, engines, hydraulic lines, and flight controls. The role requires working in areas that may be cramped with limited space, utilizing engineering drawings and job cards, and adhering to the production schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install mechanical parts, including rotor head, transmissions, engines, hydraulic lines, and flight controls, on helicopter assembly.
+ Work in cramped spaces and utilize engineering drawings and job cards.
+ Follow the production schedule and complete tasks within the allotted time.
+ Perform installations with accuracy and precision.
+ Undergo on-the-job training to enhance skills.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3 to 5 years of mechanical aviation production experience.
+ Knowledge of rotary or fixed wing aircraft.
+ General understanding of aviation mechanics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with aircraft and helicopter inspection.
+ Skills in mechanical assembly and repair.
