**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
As the Boeing Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will:
+ **Maintain Strong Boeing Relationship** :
+ Build strong relationships across all Boeing EM (Engine Management) teams
+ Establish regular cadences with EM (Engine Management) teams to understand challenges and roadblocks, partnering with the Seattle leadership team to resolve any escalated issues
+ **Engage with Onsite Teams** :
+ Build strong repour with the local FSE (Field Service Engineering) and Safran teams
+ Establish regular cadences with onsite teams to understand challenges and roadblocks, working with Seattle leadership team to resolve any issues
+ **Enable Aircraft Delivery** :
+ Enable on time aircraft delivery through close collaboration with local Field Service Engineering teams
+ **Manage Engine Inventory** :
+ Understand impact of any quality issues through NOE's, PCBs, WTT's, or newly released Service Bulletins for both narrow and wide body programs
+ Partner closely with FSE (Field Service Engineering) team to understand any risks with off wing or on wing engines at Boeing
+ **Manage Fleet Issues** :
+ Manage and understand fleet issues with current Boeing fleet in the field
+ Collaborate with FSE (Field Service Engineering) team to understand impact to customers at delivery
+ Highlight any open contractual issues in the field that might impact customers at delivery to Seattle leadership team
+ **Perform Data Gathering and Analysis:**
+ Work with team to gather and analyze key data elements needed for leadership communications
+ Build effective tools and databases where data can be stored and analyzed efficiently
+ **Collaborate with Sales and Marketing:**
+ Establish regular cadence with GE and CFM sales teams to understand key areas of help needed from Boeing
+ Provide Seattle Leadership team weekly reports on feedback from GE and CFM sales teams
**Minimum Qualifications / Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, ideally in Business Administration or STEM related field of study
+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the aerospace or defense industries

**Desired Characteristics**

*Note, given the nature of this position, this role will require an in person working arrangement from the Boeing facility in Seattle, Washington. Candidates should expect up to 25% travel annually.
The base pay range for this position is $145,500 - $193,900 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 10/6/2025.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an intern to support the Environmental Remediation and Due Diligence organization in Seal Beach, CA or Tukwila, WA, in spring/summer of 2026.
The successful candidate will assist with environmental investigations, monitoring, and cleanup of surface and subsurface media (soil, soil gas, surface water, stormwater, and groundwater) and operation and maintenance of treatment systems. Support Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) due diligence assessments identifying and quantifying EHS risks and Sustainability requirements and opportunities, and evaluating and making risk and opportunity management recommendations associated with real property transactions. The ideal candidate will be self-starting and excel in working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams including Finance; Site operations; Supplier Management; Government Operations; Environment Health and Safety (EHS); Legal; Communications; as well as external partners. The candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences at all levels, and have the ability to establish relationships and build trust with key partners.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Assists team to investigate soil/soil gas/water to identify potential contaminants and recommend remedial alternatives at various remediation sites.
+ Assists team to develop work plans and cost forecasts for all phases of a remediation project from investigation to operation and maintenance.
+ Supports project status reviews with management.
+ Assists with reviews and interpreting environmental regulations relating to remediation work, and works collaboratively with regulatory agencies in determining remediation and compliance requirements.
+ Coordinates and assists with managing construction/remediation field activities, including contractor oversight and coordination with Boeing sites and programs.
+ Some local travel required depending on location of projects.
+ Review Phase I and Phase II environmental due diligence assessments of industrial sites, with special focus on identifying environmental conditions and their associated risks.
+ Support preparation of briefing reports for each transaction, communicating findings, and providing risk management and other recommendations.

**2026 GRP Position** :
This GRP position is with the Boeing Technology Innovation Guidance, Navigation, Control & Autonomy team with primary locations in Tukwila, WA, Huntington Beach, CA, and Cambridge, MA. The selected candidate will work with other Boeing engineers to address research and development challenges in the areas of guidance, navigation, flight controls, and autonomy. As these areas span a wide range of technologies, the particular assigned work will depend on the strengths and interests of the candidate as well as the most current programmatic needs and priorities. This Maintenance Planning position is part of the Fleet, Aviation Sourcing & Technical (FAST) team and reports directly to Sr. Manager of Airframe Heavy Maintenance and Technical Planning. This role acts as the primary oversight focal point, collaborating with Amazon Air (AIR) carriers, for all planned aircraft maintenance activities within AIR's fleet. The position provides technical guidance and maintenance planning strategies aimed at optimizing fleet utilization while ensuring aircraft reliability performance. This role requires an aviation technical background, preferably in maintenance planning.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead high-level communications with Directors/VPs across internal teams and external carrier partners to drive efficiencies in aircraft utilization, ground time optimization, and system network design
- Work cross-functionally in accepting new fleet types and implementing network schedules for Amazon Air (AIR)
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of technical maintenance program requirements, complex maintenance planning structures, identify system level constraints, and drive actionable solutions
- Support major network schedule changes by providing concise technical recommendations and leading cross-functional efforts to balance short- and long-term network attainment and DEA goals
- Lead the automation and communication efforts for establishing a single source of truth for all scheduling and planning maintenance activities
- Establish and coordinate with carrier partners to ensure availability of facilities, manpower, materials/tooling, and necessary skills for maintenance execution
- Implement process-, fact-, and data-centric approaches to identify improvement opportunities in short- and long-term maintenance planning
- Apply technical judgment to evaluate proposals and test assumptions while driving simplification and efficiencies to unblock innovations and improve speed of delivery (i.e., Aircraft Return to Service)
- Develop and maintain escalation paths for all operational and business-critical impacts related to maintenance planning activities
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Aviation technical knowledge and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in aviation maintenance planning
