**What you will be doing as a A&P Inspector:**
In this role, you can expect to uphold the highest standards of aviation safety by ensuring all inspections meet FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines. You'll play a key part in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our Service Center operations. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
**Final Airworthiness Inspections:** Inspect aircraft and components to ensure compliance with Textron Aviation Quality standards and FAA regulations for return to service **Quality & Compliance Oversight:** Review inspection records, reports, and documentation for accuracy and adherence to RII, Part 135, and internal quality standards **Tooling & Equipment Verification:** Perform periodic checks and calibrations on precision tools and test equipment to meet FAA and OEM specifications **Material & Parts Control:** Inspect and accept incoming parts and supplies, ensure proper tagging and traceability, and prevent installation of unairworthy components **Technical Documentation & Resources:** Use OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, structural repair manuals, and MELs to guide inspections and maintenance procedures **Aircraft Walkarounds & Safety Checks:** Conduct regular aircraft walkarounds to verify form usage, identify hazards, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
**Qualifications**
**What you need to be successful:**
* A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
* An A & P License is required
* Ability to use arithmetic, blueprints, and specifications is needed
* A knowledge of jet and piston airframe and engine principle and mechanical systems is needed
* At least 3 years diversified A & P mechanic experience on jet and turboprop 100 hour and annual service experience is required
* Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable is needed

Job Description: As a Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the compilation of overall project budgets, utilizing estimate input from a variety of sources. Use Cost, Schedule, WBS, etc., to ensure budgets fully address all scope requirements. Ensure contingency and uncertainty is properly assessed within budgets. Monitor contingency drawdown. Gather key cost data such as exposure, commitment, expenditure, potential changes, approved changes and provide cost coding for all key financial transactions. Monitor & report project cash-flow. Control commitments against funding allocations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the monthly closing and preparation of an executive summary to be submitted to the Project Team
- Preparation of the forecast including revenue, cost, and cash-flow projections
- Preparation and analysis of the following reports to ensure they accurately reflect the current project status: monthly cost report, weekly reports, LDR, payroll, labor report, summary report, and weekly quantities
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes
- Identify and assess potential risks related to project costs, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure financial success
- Preparation of weekly cost trend charts
- Preparation of subcontractor payment requisitions and monthly reporting to project owner
- Preparation of payment report to be submitted to the owner at the end of each month
- Supervision of subcontractors and service agreements, purchase orders and change orders, contract modifications, and estimation of billing-payments and cost impact to the project
- Collaborate with project managers to establish project budgets and track expenditures against approved budgets
- Provide regular cost forecasts based on project progress and potential variations
- Utilize cost data and historical project information to enhance accuracy in future cost estimates
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with a financial background or education
- 2-3 years experience in cost control/engineering in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and principles
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as cost estimating software, Excel, and project management tools
- Proven ability to follow through with completion
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- MS Office Suite

Engagement Manager SAP Aircraft Overhaul and Component Service Maintenance Job Description: An ideal candidate must have hands on expert level experience with aircraft maintenance, repair and service. Must posses the knowledge of repair and overhaul in complex scenarios with conjunction to MRO and CRO
Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP-based MRO solutions (Service Management)
• Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in deploying SAP MRO, including at least two full end-to-end project implementations
• Experience with Maximo solutions would be considered a strong asset. Additionally, integration of the Service Management Module (SAP MRO) with existing Maximo MRO solutions is expected.
• Demonstrates an understanding on how to lead large global, consulting led Order to Cash (OTC) business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
• Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Proven ability to lead and speak of SAP OTC functionality as it related to business processes
• Has an understanding of industry specific KPIs and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
• Understanding of integration with other business processes between Sales and other functional areas with specific reference to production and material movement / logistics
• Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA based OTC structures
• Provide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.
• Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
• Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives.
• At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
• A minimum of eight (8) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• At least three (3) years experience in proposal and business case development
• Experience managing 5 to 10 resources
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
• Bachelors degree or equivalent required
Salary Range: $180,000-$244,000 a year #LI-NK1
