- Strong understanding of global energy markets, derivatives, and trading strategies.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon) and market data providers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex insights clearly.

This is a critical hands-on role responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various oil and gas facilities, including pipelines, processing plants, or refinery units. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to strict safety protocols, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of oil and gas infrastructure and a commitment to operational excellence.

- Lead and supervise a team of operations technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the daily operation of oil and gas equipment and systems, including pumps, compressors, valves, and control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure operations are within specified limits, adjusting controls as necessary.
- Implement and enforce strict safety procedures and environmental regulations, leading by example in all activities.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, schematics, and operational manuals.
- Physical ability to work in various weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and perform duties in industrial environments.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in using industrial control systems and maintenance management software.
