**Overview**
THE ROLE:
The Product Specialist for North America (NAM) Product Marketing will support approved and pending product launches within the current NAM product portfolio. The position will assist the day-to-day activities of the vertical leads managing the existing portfolio, notably efforts towards developing new product development tasks and corresponding tactics to drive incremental revenue through these products.
Key functions in the role will include supporting projects for closer-in reformulations and line extensions, including support for promotional and messaging as required, managed through Herbalife's internal systems and protocols. This position will consistently support product development and ideation that are aligned with consumer trends across categories.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Collaborates with the broader Marketing team, including Distributor, Customer, Creative and Digital, to offer comprehensive support for regional product launches and various business initiatives, ensuring that stated targets and objectives are met.
- Identifies and develops promotional tools and tactics to grow awareness and sales of existing and new products, aligned with the product marketing team's strategic plan.
- Monitors internal social media platforms to ensure prompt responses to Distributor and Customer questions about product formulations, inventory, or related concerns.
- Gathers competitive insight and learnings, coordinating with Consumer Insight team, and provides developmental support for new competitive offerings
- Supports various Product related business activities across assigned verticals (categories) to achieve regional business objectives.
- Assists regional product development and maintenance activities thru the Agile system, liaising with cross-functional teams and contributing to line extensions, reformulations, claim updates, packaging upgrades, etc.

**Qualifications**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Silvus Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven **Product Marketing Manager** to elevate the brand, products, and solutions to support the company's aggressive growth objectives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role leads product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across the expanding portfolio of StreamCaster MANET radios, proprietary technologies, and integrated solutions.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams - including Product Solutions, Engineering, and Sales - this role will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, understanding, and demand for new product introductions across Defense, Public Safety, Unmanned Systems, and Commercial markets worldwide.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic thinker and strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels - that drive customer engagement, influence purchase decisions, and deliver business results.
This position is based at Silvus Technologies' headquarters in the heart of vibrant **West Los Angeles,** **CA,** and is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for key Silvus products, technologies, and solutions.
+ Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence - collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product marketing and messaging strategy across all channels.
+ Create compelling marketing communication and sales enablement tools: datasheets, customer briefing presentations, videos, website & social media content, tradeshow materials, and media content.
+ Lead go-to-market and launch planning for new products, technologies, and integrated solutions.
+ Spearhead development of integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels - collaborating with internal Marketing team members and external agency partners to ensure on-strategy campaign execution.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field is required. MBA preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of brand, product, or technical marketing experience is required. Aerospace & Defense, Communications Equipment, or Unmanned Systems experience preferred.
+ Proven track record of success developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies for new product introductions.

What You'll Do

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
