We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic **ServiceNow Business Analyst** to support our enterprise platform data initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining data integrity across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Data Analysis & Governance**
+ Analyze platform data structures, relationships, and usage across modules (e.g., CMDB, Incident, Request, Asset).
+ Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.
+ Collaborate with data stewards and owners to define and enforce data standards.
+ **Requirements Gathering**
+ Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to ServiceNow data.
+ Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
+ **Platform Support**
+ Support ServiceNow modules by identifying data-related issues and recommending solutions.
+ Assist in testing and validating data changes, enhancements, and integrations.
+ **Reporting & Insights**
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform data health and usage.
+ Support audit and compliance reporting needs.
+ **Collaboration & Communication**
+ Partner with developers, administrators, and business units to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions on data best practices within ServiceNow.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow.
+ Strong understanding of ServiceNow data architecture, especially CMDB and core tables.
+ Experience with data governance, data quality, and reporting tools.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Business Analyst.
+ Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or Reporting.
+ Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.
