**What role you will play in our team**
The Business Development Manager for Proxxima Thermoset Resin Systems for composites applications will be part of the Americas Proxxima sales team. The role will be responsible for sales development and commercialization, identifying and partnering with new customers serving the composites value chain. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of technical sales, with capabilities and experience in value identification and capture, and demonstrated drive with high ambition to deliver tangible results.

+ Accountable for identifying new opportunities, driving development and converting pipeline opportunities to Sales for composite applications
+ Manage the sales proposals, follow up on leads and drive successful outcomes
+ Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements

+ Responsible for understanding the 'value in use' of this unique resin system and setting appropriate pricing strategies
+ On an annual basis develop account plans and set strategic direction

**About you**

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven ability to engage the Tier One suppliers of composite parts to the US automotive industry. Working as part of ExxonMobil's New Market Development (NMD) global team you will be responsible for leading the development of composite parts made from our new Proxxima thermoset resin. Key Deliverables

+ Orchestrate customer / Expeditors network relationship and collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources

What Will I Do?
The Lead Generation Specialist, also called a Brand Ambassador , is an Appointment Setter who will work inside of our partner retail stores at a kiosk/booth as a ambassador of Abacus. - Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company's products and services
- Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs
- Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs
- Schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimate for product and services
- Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team

Do I have What it Takes?
- Two (2) years of experience in Commission Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Service or Brand Ambassador is a plus
