The RCO Manager of Cash Management -Payment Posting is responsible to oversee all facets of patient payments, daily deposits, ERA, and EFT maintenance. This includes ensuring the accurate and timely processing of patient payments, active participation in system integration testing, serving as a subject matter expert for payment posting, actively staying abreast of best practices, and working towards achieving executive goals, optimizing revenue cycle performance, and ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
+ **Essential Functions**
+ Provides leadership and direction to Payment Posting team, including hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews and terminations.
+ Plans, develops, implements, and communicates operational initiatives to improve the efficiency of the Payment Posting team.
+ Provides project guidance to successfully implement efficient posting processes.
+ Maintains and improves department operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems.
+ Manages communication and processes between departments involved in the revenue cycle and identify areas for improvement.
+ Establishes productivity monitoring for the department staff to maximize resources and results.
+ Monitors key performance metrics, addresses issues in a timely manner to improve performance and resolve issues.
+ Acts as a technical expert, maintaining current working knowledge of Billing, Payment Posting regulations.
+ Ensures department compliance with HIPAA guidelines, HR policies and other corporate initiatives.

+ MUST have at least 2 years of Epic payment posting experience;
+ Demonstrated experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
+ Demonstrated experience leading a successful team within healthcare revenue cycle operations.
+ Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of EOB interpretation.
+ Demonstrates strong knowledge of healthcare billing requirements.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
+ Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs. **Preferred**
+ Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, finance, or related field from an accredited institution. Education is verified.

Your typical day will involve working in small groups on projects with internal or external clients. You'll collaborate with national subject matter professionals in the design and execution of complex, large-scale partnership transactions with significant clients of the firm. Additionally, Seniors develop an understanding of the complexities of Subchapter K, partnership modeling and the nuances of joint venture structuring. **Job Summary**
The MSP Service Delivery Manager is a critical coordination role within the MSP Service Delivery team. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and manage onsite escalations, track budget, review deliverables for quality and adherence to scope on Field Services projects.

**The opportunity**
Our Partnership Transactions Group (PTG) is a team of professionals with outstanding tax technical skills and substantial industry, government, and capital markets experience. The group stands alone in the field in combining seasoned specialists in the areas of partnership, real estate and leasing taxation; federal income tax controversy; and economic and financial modeling and analysis. Our cross-disciplinary background and approach uniquely positions us to advise clients in all phases of a transaction's lifecycle, from planning, evaluation of the risks and benefits, and execution from both an economic and tax perspective, to ongoing maintenance and wind-down of the structure, and potentially involvement with any defense of the transaction before the IRS on audit. Working in our group will provide you with the opportunity to work on large, complex, cutting-edge transactions with nationally recognized specialists in the field of partnership, real estate and infrastructure taxation and beyond. Our group has offices in a number of cities throughout the country; being located in Washington, D.C. is not required.
**Your key responsibilities**
Your typical day will involve working directly with Partners/Principals in PTG and other national subject matter professionals, and teaming with and mentoring Staff, Seniors, and Managers in PTG, to advise internal and external clients. You will design and execute complex, large-scale partnership and real estate transactions with large clients of the firm, manage due diligence for acquisitions of partnership and REIT targets, and analyze and memorialize significant tax considerations and issues in memoranda and opinions. Representative transactions include corporate and cross-border joint ventures, IPOs (including REITs, SPAC and Up-C transactions), private-equity acquisitions and dispositions (including continuation fund transactions), and internal restructurings in a variety of industries (including pharma and biotech, sports and entertainment, asset management and private equity, hedge fund, renewable energy, real estate, oil & gas, and public-private infrastructure).
Through these experiences, Senior Managers will have an unparalleled opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of partnership and real estate tax, the interplay between partnership tax theory and practice that is determined through partnership modeling, and the nuances of joint venture structuring. Senior Managers will also work with other Senior Managers, Partners/Principals on more limited on-call consulting opportunities, writing Tax Alerts and Developments, teaching courses and participating in external presentations.

**Skills and attributes for success**
+ Identifying, researching and analyzing complex partnership and real estate tax issues
+ Managing all stages of a transaction, including due diligence, structuring and evaluating alternative structures and helping the modeling team quantify potential target exposures, the tax consequences of the proposed structure, and future cash flow, IRR, and allocation implications
+ Preparing structure reports and drafting substantive emails, memoranda, and opinions.
+ Provide high-quality, time-sensitive, and responsive service that meets and/or exceeds our clients' expectations
+ Managing, coaching and developing a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and helping to confirm that they have the knowledge, tools and opportunities they need to excel
**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ Achieved at least a bachelor's degree
+ A CPA certification or membership in The Bar
+ Minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization
+ Strong analytical and technical writing skills
+ Broad exposure to federal income taxation; experience in partnership and/or real estate taxation is a plus but not required
+ Significant transactional experience
+ Flexibility and willingness to travel as well as work in excess of standard hours when necessary
+ Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $170,100 to $88,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 204,100 to 441,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
