Responsibilities:
· Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement.
· Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing them with exciting product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations.
· Demonstrate a willingness to learn and to share relevant activity, community, and product. knowledge to create a memorable and valuable experience for the customer.
· Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet the customers' needs.
· Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including but not limited to merchandise presentation, housekeeping, product replenishment.
· Assume cashier duties as needed.
· Assist in the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives.
· Assist in the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
+ Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to visitors and employees.
