Sales Associate's Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Growth

• Support the sales process for a variety of events, including full-service catering, drop-offs, and hybrid formats—from initial inquiry through execution.

• Contribute to team sales goals by assisting with lead management, client communication, and administrative coordination.

• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and creative teams to refine proposals and provide thoughtful suggestions to enhance the overall offering.

Client Relationship Support

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients, offering timely updates, information, and guidance throughout the planning process.

• Foster strong, professional relationships that lead to repeat business and positive client experiences.

Event Coordination & Execution

• Assist with planning and administrative logistics, including proposal updates, contract preparation, rental coordination, and production timelines.

• Work in partnership with the culinary and operations teams to support smooth execution of events.

• Provide on-site support, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Internal Collaboration & Team Contribution

• Provide support to Sales Leadership on active events and client accounts, as needed or requested.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to share insights and contribute to best practices that improve overall efficiency and consistency across the department.


***Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 + benefits -- ombination of base salary and commission***

Qualifications:  

  • Experience in an office setting
  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule

This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team!  

Physical Requirements:  

  • Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

  • Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces

**Job Responsibilities**
Meet sales expectations and promote overall route growth, service agreement renewal, and customer retention to enhance the profitability of the market center.
Identify opportunities to solicit new business and increase business revenue through selling new items to current customers and obtaining new accounts.
Establish and maintain effective and respectful relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service by having an account ownership mentality.
Focus on account retention and seek opportunities to improve the account by being the primary responder to all customer issues and opportunities.
Ensure products are loaded and unloaded in a safe manner, proper items and quantities of merchandise are delivered on their regularly scheduled day, merchandise is stocked, products are rotated, and all equipment is maintained and cleaned.
Operate Company vehicle safely and courteously while following the rules of the road.
Verify the daily preventative maintenance of the vehicle and keep the interior of the truck clean, organized, and safely maintained. Comply with all DOT requirements.
Install and maintain appropriate inventory levels at customer locations and ensure proper quality and working condition.
RSR is responsible for a complete and accurate accounting of all monies and product daily in accordance with established guidelines.
Practice attentive and active listening and communicate effectively under adverse conditions through the internal/external communication process.
Communicate with the GM, RSM, CSM, and CSA?s regarding customers and reports on pending problems, or on evidence of competitors in customer locations.

**Qualifications**
1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact.

A day in the life as a Designer.
+ Drive sales and a differentiated experience by providing enriching customer interactions, and providing elevated design offerings in the store, in-home and virtually with customers.
