SALES PARTNER DUTIES
* Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
* Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge (including features and benefits) to the customer.
* Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction (UPT), average dollar per transaction (ADT), item add-ons and customer information capture rates.
* Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
* Maintain company-merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping.
* Assist with processing merchandise as well as monitoring and replenishing floor stock.
* Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
* Actively seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with the store leadership team.
* Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
* Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
* Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.

Overview: The sales associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service including stock and replenishment, as well as maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed established goals. These include sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts and contests, and any other brand specifics KPI's.
- Actively participate in all contests, promotions and sales incentive programs. Maintain an awareness of all sales promotions.
- Have a complete working knowledge and use of selling skills and customer service standards as set forth in Company training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service. Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner
- Meet Company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge and store operations
- Assist store management as needed to maintain the store. Keep sales floor and stock area clean and organized.
- Follow visual merchandising standards, including keeping fixtures straightened and filled, colorizing displays, and others as directed by the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager to take markdowns in a correct and timely manner. Complete work within deadlines and ask for additional assignments. Perform with minimum of supervision.
- Follow all security policies and procedures, including zone defense. Recognize and react to potential loss prevention issues.
- Watch for potential shortages through prompt servicing of customers, notifying management of external theft (shoplifting) and internal theft.

Our Sales Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, and providing information about our services and products. Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role
As a Membership Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers choose the best car wash options. You'll educate them on the benefits of joining the Unlimited Wash Club, promote monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upsell additional products to existing customers. In addition to these core responsibilities, your workday will also include, but is not limited to:
- Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed goals set by leadership.
- Educate customers on the benefits of each car wash membership, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- Achieve personal sales targets, sign-up goals, and upsell objectives.
- Drive the store team's success in meeting Ultimate Wash Club sign-up goals, directly contributing to membership acquisition and retention.
- Greet customers warmly, guiding them seamlessly through the car wash process.
- Engage with customers after and after their wash to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
What You’ll Need to Shine
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred)
- A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
- Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Consistently able to lift 25 lbs., with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Must wear safety equipment when required.
