Job Title: Senior Voice Engineer
The senior voice engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the voice system. The system currently includes 2 Cisco call manager clusters, Cisco Emergency Responder, and Unity voicemail systems globally.
This role will ensure maximum uptime is achieved of the voice system for our end users (customers). Reliability is crucial. They will architect and configure with security in mind, maintaining vendors best practices. The ideal candidate will have high attention for customer service. They will also work closely with LAN and WAN teams to optimize performance of the VOIP systems. - DoD 8140 IAT Level III certification (e.g., CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP, or CISM).
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Juniper, Cisco, and Palo Alto networking infrastructure.
- Experience supporting or implementing RMF in DoD environments.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch compliance, and information assurance requirements.

- Experience with Linux/UNIX-based systems.
