Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Exchange Hybrid and Citrix environments.
- Manage Exchange servers, including mailbox databases, mail flow, and security settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exchange and Citrix.
- Optimise Exchange and Citrix performance for user experience and application availability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments of Exchange and Citrix components.
- Utilise infrastructure-as-code (IAC) to manage and provision Exchange and Citrix infrastructure.
- Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools.
- Monitor Exchange and Citrix environments using monitoring tools and dashboards, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Exchange and Citrix with other systems and applications.
- Self-driven to learn in a fast-growing company and technology stack
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Exchange and Citrix environments.
- Experience with DevOps principles, including CI/CD, automation, and IAC.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, TypeScript).
- Experience with monitoring tools

- Scripting (PowerShell, Python)

- Active Directory and Entra ID
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
- Collaboration and Communication
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and its related services.
- Experience with Enterprise Back Solutions
- Ability to drive problem solving and self-driven to learn new technologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic agile environment
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and Business stakeholders
- Technical expertise in managing cloud-based application platforms at scale

Summary
The Application Delivery Lead is responsible for solution and implementation activities as assigned for the Ryder Transportation Management (TM) technology portfolio. Major activities include customer facing, solution documentation, solution estimation, solution design, solution configuration, problem solving and solution implementation. This position will be required to work closely with business partners and extended technology team to deliver competitive and quality distribution management solutions.

Skills and Abilities

Well rounded knowledge of distribution/3PL industry to facilitate requirements discussion and troubleshooting efforts between business owner, Ryder customer, and IT development teams; including facilitating discussions around supply chain process implementations and/or improvements for integrated solutions

Strong documentation skills as it relates to business requirements, functional design definition, and solution configuration

Candidate must possess strong client facing skills and understand the mechanisms for building strong, long-lasting internal and external customer relationships, including the ability to generate results through influence

Five (5) years or more in distribution / supply chain management experience. Experience in a 3PL/4PL environment preferred required

Five (5) years or more in information technology and supply chain management systems required

Five (5) years or more in supply chain technology project. Implementation of supply chain technology solutions required

Five (5) years or more in use, configuration, or implementation of industry recognized distribution management solutions required

Five (5) years or more in designing/coding custom user/system interfaces via C++., Java, Android, and PowerShell programming languages required

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
