Cloud ERP Practice Lead - Public Sector

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Lead – Oracle Cloud ERP to drive and oversee financial transformation initiatives for public sector clients. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials , with strong command over fund accounting , encumbrance accounting , and all core ERP modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, delivery, and team development while ensuring alignment with public sector compliance and fiscal management standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and grow the Oracle Cloud ERP practice with a focus on public sector clients.

Serve as the primary solution architect for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, ensuring fit-for-purpose design and compliance.

Provide deep subject matter expertise in fund accounting , encumbrance accounting , and budgetary control .

Oversee implementations across GL, AP, AR, PO, Fixed Assets, Cash Management , and related financial modules.

Engage with senior client stakeholders to define strategy, scope, and roadmap for ERP transformation.

Mentor project teams, establish best practices, and contribute to knowledge development within the practice.

Stay current on Oracle product roadmaps and public sector financial policies to guide solution design.

10+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud ERP.

Proven leadership in delivering complex, multi-module ERP solutions in the public sector .

Strong expertise in encumbrance accounting , fund accounting , and compliance-oriented design.

Hands-on experience with all major Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, Budgetary Control).

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships at the executive level.

Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.

Oracle Cloud Financials Certification(s).

Background in consulting or advisory roles for government financial systems.

Experience with Grants Management, Procurement Contracts, or Public Sector Planning & Budgeting.

**Your Career**
As part of the Customer Success team, you will be pivotal in supporting our clients post-purchase, ensuring their success with Palo Alto Networks' solutions. You will be involved in driving ROI and value to the customer along with troubleshooting critical issues. **Your Impact**
+ Trusted Advisor - Acts as the product SME, assisting customers with their product questions and technical requirements, writing scripts, troubleshooting, training and other technical requests.
+ Product Experts Collaboration - working together with product and engineering teams ensuring our customers and partners get the most out of our products
+ Digital First - Ensure technical knowledge of the team is translated into articles and guides for our customers to consume allowing our customer coverage to scale
**Your Experience**
+ 5+ years experience in Security Operations or Engineering with SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments
+ Familiarity with cloud technologies, providers (such as GCP, AWS, Azure) and use-cases.
+ Strong understanding of enterprise security and IT products, systems, and processes
+ Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting
+ Proficiency in scripting with Python and/or JavaScript
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple tasks under pressure
+ Skilled in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
+ Experience in customer-facing roles is a must
+ Experience with attack surface management or CNAPP is a plus
+ United States Citizen is a must

**Compensation Disclosure**
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $112,000 - $152,000/YR.
