Aramark is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Production Manager to oversee and support daily food production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Job ResponsibilitiesFood Ordering & Inventory Management:
Oversee the food ordering process and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure consistent availability of ingredients and supplies.
Menu Development & Implementation:
Assist in the creation and rollout of menus that align with client expectations, nutritional guidelines, and operational capabilities.
Food Safety & Quality Assurance:
Ensure all food production adheres to Aramark?s safety standards, policies, and departmental procedures. Maintain compliance with local health regulations.
Temperature & Safety Log Oversight:
Monitor and verify completion of food safety and temperature logs. Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain compliance and safety.
Daily Culinary Support:
Collaborate with the culinary team to support daily food preparation and production activities, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
-Proven experience in food production or culinary management, preferably in a high-volume setting
-Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
-ServSafe certification (preferred)
