**Ideal Candidate Skills:**

The world class cardiothoracic surgery program at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a General Thoracic Surgeon to join our established and highly respected practice. This position will be based primarily out of our west side regional hospital locations with a "home base" at MetroHealth Hospital and an affiliation to the Cleveland Clinic main campus.

Our highly trained and skilled surgeons care for patients with benign and malignant diseases of the lungs, chest wall, pleural space, and mediastinum. The practice offers a full spectrum of endoscopic procedures of the lungs and esophagus, as well as dilation and stenting procedures. Minimally invasive surgical approaches are used in the treatment of both benign and malignant chest pathology.

Requirements: Board Certified / Board Eligible American Board of Thoracic Surgery, and a valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Ohio or eligibility to obtain an Ohio medical license. Cleveland Clinic is seeking Board Certified/ Eligible Thoracic Radiologists to join the Department of Radiology at Cleveland Clinic.

Over 2.2 million radiological examinations are performed annually system-wide. At our main campus, the Department of Radiology is committed to sub-specialty care where over 170,000 chest imaging exams are performed each year including nearly 20,000 thoracic CT studies (including approximately 5,000 lung cancer screening exams) and several hundred chest biopsies. The opportunity to participate in cardiovascular imaging and percutaneous procedures is available to interested individuals. There is a wide complement of state-of-the-art MRI and CT scanners. All chest radiographs are acquired digitally, and all imaging is reviewed on PACS workstations.

The Thoracic Imaging section has a thoracic and cardiac imaging fellowship program, and there is a fully-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program with a total of 32 residents. There is also a 5-year Integrated Interventional/Diagnostic Radiology residency comprised of two residents per year. A 1-month medical student clerkship is offered, and approximately 50 medical students rotate through the department each year. The Department is affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and a genuine interest in resident and fellow education is suggested.

Cleveland Clinic Akron General is recruiting a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a collegial group of 5 Endocrinologists and one Certified Nurse Practitioner.
+ Clinical position which is predominantly outpatient in a community setting
+ Support for diabetes management - technology downloads in office (pumps/meters/CGM), diabetes education/nutrition consults available
+ Ability to perform thyroid ultrasound and thyroid FNA in office if desired
+ Shared call 1:6
+ Minimal inpatient responsibility on the endocrine consultation service - rounds with residents/medical students at Cleveland Clinic Akron General
