You will play a key role in enabling smooth data flow, supporting cross-functional business processes, and ensuring real-time data availability across the enterprise. This role is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments and can work independently to deliver high-impact solutions.
WORKSITE: Remote (Los Angeles, CA)
WORK SCHEDULE: Standard business hours (Pacific Time), 6-month engagement with potential extension
PAY RATE: $82/hour to $92/hour
WHAT WE OFFER:
Paid sick leave based on state regulations after 90 days of employment
Medical, dental, and vision coverage after a waiting period (60% paid by Fortuna)
Free TeleMedicine and Mental Health support for all employees and their families
Additional voluntary benefits: Group Life Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Critical Care, Short-Term Disability
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring seamless connectivity between Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS (Human Resources, Payroll, etc.), and third-party applications
Work closely with functional and technical stakeholders to understand complex integration needs related to HR, benefits, payroll, absence management, and labor reporting
Translate business requirements into detailed technical integration designs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with best practices
Configure and optimize integration workflows, including file-based data imports/exports, SOAP/REST APIs, and scheduled synchronizations
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues by analyzing logs, error reports, and system behaviors during both implementation and post-go-live support
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, configuration guides, and support procedures
Provide recommendations for performance tuning, security enhancements, and error handling mechanisms across integration pipelines
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
5+ years of experience in designing and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with hands-on experience building both cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise connections
Proven expertise in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and third-party platforms (e.g., payroll providers, timekeeping systems, tax services)
Strong understanding of HR business processes, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management
Deep familiarity with web services (SOAP and REST), transformation mappings (XSLT), and integration security standards including OAuth 2.0, TLS, and token-based authentication
Experience with troubleshooting tools, error tracking, and resolving issues in high-stakes production environments
Ability to work independently and proactively, manage multiple integration threads, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with distributed teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
