This role requires an intimate understanding of client behaviors, drivers and values through data analytics, qualitative means, living the client's life, plus virtual and in person social interactions.
The ideal candidate will have the following additional skills and experience:
+ Extensive financial service industry experience, preferably in a senior leader role with referenceable relationships and experiences
+ Ability to gain access and build trust and communicate effectively with senior leaders
+ Broad knowledge of IT technologies including mainframe, cloud, networking, storage, application development, security, and industry relevant SaaS applications
+ Experience as technical lead for a major technology implementation or technical project / program
+ Experience with process and experience improvement initiatives, providing feedback, and measuring results
+ Extensive experience with industry ecosystems players
+ Bachelor's degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience
+ Consultative selling knowledge/experience
+ Ability to understand customer specific business operations, strategies, objectives, and needs and then translating these into requirements and the basis for compelling solutions
+ Experience in working with large IT Infrastructure service delivery
+ Driven, self-motivated and distinctive personality who can motivate themselves and others

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is **$150,000 to $220,000** annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
