Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a holistic player development strategy encompassing technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental resilience.
- Establish and implement a consistent coaching philosophy and methodology across all levels of the organization.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-caliber coaches and performance specialists.
- Design and implement innovative remote training programs and performance monitoring systems.
- Create personalized development plans for athletes, tailored to their individual strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.
- Collaborate with management to set strategic goals for player progression and team success.
- Evaluate and select appropriate performance analysis tools and technologies.
- Stay current with best practices, research, and emerging trends in sports science, coaching, and athlete development.
- Manage budgets allocated for player development and coaching initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, management, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate remote workshops, clinics, and team-building activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Coaching Education, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in athlete development, coaching, or sports management at a high level.
- Proven track record of successfully developing athletes and leading coaching teams.
- Deep understanding of sports physiology, biomechanics, psychology, and performance analytics.
- Experience in designing and implementing remote training and coaching programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and program development capabilities.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with performance tracking software and digital collaboration tools.
