**Job Description:**
At Regions, the International Banking Product Specialist develops and grows Regions' relationships and provides product expertise for a full suite of banking services to US-based subsidiaries of international firms. The International team partners closely with our Relationship Management and Treasury teams to provide treasury and credit solutions to clients and prospects. This is a fast-paced role that requires a candidate who can develop new, profitable relationships and deliver thoughtful and appropriate client solutions, optimizing client fees and revenue opportunities.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Develops market sales strategy to meet/exceed the stated new sales and portfolio goals
+ Maintains current knowledge of international variances in cultural, business, legal and regulatory issues as they pertain to banking
+ Achieves team performance and revenue goals
+ Develops partnerships with Banking, Treasury, and Product Partners to develop client solutions and drive portfolio growth, achieving a strong team go to market approach
+ Meets regularly with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and provide information on products, services and unique applications
+ Prepares and presents reports to show profit-loss scenario of international banking department
+ Calls on both prospective and current clients to identify needs, propose solutions and address any servicing issues
+ Procures international accounts for the bank
+ May assist subordinate staff in day to day job performance
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Seven (7) years of International, commercial banking or treasury management sales experience with deep knowledge of products, services, and risk
**Preferences**
+ Experience in the financial services industry
+ Knowledge of banking (lending/savings/transactional) and investing products and services along the latest online and digital capabilities
+ Prior sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual goals, where goals were routinely met or exceeded

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead business development efforts in the Eastern United States through the identification and capture of the following services:

+ Planning and/or design of nature-based solutions, green infrastructure, and sustainable watershed measures, including structural BMPs.
+ Planning and/or design of coastal resilience works.
+ Planning and/or design of flood mitigation improvements, including dams, levees, reservoirs, and pumpstations.
+ Erosion and sediment control planning and design, including SWPPP development.
+ Regulatory compliance and permitting efforts for USACE, FEMA, and other environmental permit submittals.
+ Scenario planning efforts for CSO, SSO, stormwater, and TMDL compliance projects.
+ The application of sophisticated collection system, watershed and receiving stream H&H and water qualitymodels.
+ Planning efforts related to supply diversification, collection/distribution system expansions and rehab andrepair, etc.
+ Build client relationships throughout the target geography to drive growth of the business
+ Identify professionals and participate in the hiring process in targeted local markets to grow local businessesand execution teams
+ From time to time, lead the execution of the services listed above and act as Project Manager.

**The Opportunity**
The **National Pursuit Strategist** will report to the Pursuits Leader of the Governments & Communities Water Solutions Portfolio. They will be responsible for collaboration with client-facing teams to plan and execute sales and pursuits strategies to drive business growth in markets across the United States. The National Pursuit Strategist will support large and highly complex competitive pursuits and market initiatives, including but not limited to driving positioning strategy and ensuring that value propositions resonate with our clients and elevate our team's competitive standing.
The National Pursuit Strategist will increase probability for new business capture by using sales process and tools to ensure best practices and leveraging support resources to develop best-in-class proposal and interview responses. Working closely with the Water Solutions Portfolio Leader, they will aid in guiding winning strategies including client/market plans and identification and support of key pursuits. They will be actively engaged in Go/No-Go decisions and help to drive the highest ROI for the business segment. They will collaborate with department and regional leadership, account teams, solutions and capabilities leaders as well as marketing and the pursuits team to develop strategic plans and compelling selling messages from identification to outcome including meeting facilitation, resource allocation and direction, best practice advisement, interview coaching, and debrief.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs
+ Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
+ Assist the Engineering Manager in managing sub-consultants
+ Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
+ Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients
+ Utilizes knowledge of regularly used civil concepts, practices, codes, and procedures within the water engineering industry
+ Applies knowledge to complex projects, find and develop non-standard design solutions to better serve clients project specifications
+ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced engineers
+ Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team
+ Prepares a variety of complex engineering deliverables.
+ Performs complex research and develops recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection.
+ Prepares complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles. Manages assigned budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
+ Plans and conducts independent evaluation, selection and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
+ Reviews engineering work and/or assignments of early career professionals.
+ Is responsible for one or more of the following: overseeing collection, assimilation, and management of data for engineering work; leading smaller production teams; and serving as the responsible charge for a project.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
+ Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration
+ Thorough understanding or water and wastewater design (i.e., Infrastructure, Conveyance, Pump Stations/Lift Stations)
+ Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
+ Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

**The Opportunity**
This Project Manager - Hydropower Generation Services role will support Hydropower Projects. We are seeking candidates with minimum 8 years' experience in Hydropower Generation and at least three years as a Project Manager. Candidate must be located in the Sacramento, CA region.
The Project Manager - Hydropower Generation Services role will function in a mid-level project manager capacity. You will own multiple services projects encompassing hydropower plant capital improvements, equipment refurbishment, plant life extension programs, hydraulic structure projects including spillway refurbishment, spillway gates, cranes, hoists, and other civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes for balance of plant systems for existing facilities. Other scopes could consist of feasibility studies, pumped storage, and synchronous condenser technology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Provide technical support for client projects with design review services, design engineering services, and development engineering support.
+ Support client projects with feasibility studies, energy production estimates, and cost estimates, construction support and testing & commissioning.
+ Provide proposal support for client projects with technical specification preparation, RFP support, and bid evaluation support.
+ Oversee EPC contractors for client projects.
+ In this role, you will also support the client interface with assigned clients to assist in developing client relationships and identification of new project opportunities including pre-positioning for favorable consideration by the client.
+ Be part of the Hydro North West Hydro Leadership team who is responsible to define client and project implementation strategies as well as make project and team staff decisions.
**Please note: This role has 20% travel to project and client sites. When not travelling, this role will be based out of our Rancho Cordova, CA office.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Actively promote Black and Veatch's operational and safety culture.

+ Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals for services work.
+ Lead project teams in engineering services projects for hydropower projects.
+ Actively coordinates with all other internal/external team members
+ Interface between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
+ Work in both a corporate and field environment.
+ Assisting with identification of key client interests and drivers
+ Typically provides support to business development for pursuit activities
**Management Responsibilities**
Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 12+ years of experience in hydropower or hydraulic structures
+ 5+ years of experience in Project Management with full responsibility for the outcome of the project
+ Previous experience with engineering projects in a utility power plant setting
+ Experience in design and operation support of conventional and pumped storage hydroelectric generation stations
+ Previous experience in a client facing role
+ Typically 7 years experience.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
