The advanced practice provider (APP) will work as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU. The APP will collaborate with Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, and the Advanced Heart Failure service to provide high quality critical care medicine. Daily responsibilities include rounding in the ICU, recovering post operative cardiac and vascular surgery patients, consulting on critically ill patients across the health system, and bedside procedures including central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and endotracheal intubation.
We are a collaborative team of APPs and physicians offering a supportive environment, but also a significant level of autonomy for the experienced provider. Schedule for this position is rotating days/nights/weekends, more specifics available upon request.

Job OverviewCone Health is seeking a BC/BE Nocturnist Neurohospitalist for its neurosciences program at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. Moses Cone Hospital is a teaching hospital, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and regional referral center. This is an excellent opportunity for a team-oriented Neurologist to join our collaborative, quality-driven 14-provider Neurohospitalists Team.
Ideal CandidateFellowship-trained in vascular or neurophysiology and proficient with acute stroke management.
