ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generates risk engineering and loss control solutions to a wide range of customers;
Identifies and analyzes critical issues and implements or recommends solutions, operating on a holistic, multi-disciplinary Risk Management Platform philosophy;
Designs and drafts complex loss control and site specific safety plans for large complex construction projects;
Designs, develops and implements Comprehensive Technical Risk Assessment Services and loss control training programs;
Assists in the marketing, coordination and delivery of risk control services to clients and prospects;
Conducts field visits with Carrier Reps on behalf of existing and prospective clients;
Consults and advises others regarding all Federal & State Safety Compliance regulations including OSHA, NFPA, JCAHO, enforcement, data & statistics and training;
Utilizes interdisciplinary knowledge of coverage, claims and safety to articulate, consult and recommend solutions and plans to top level management in order to influence positive results;
Coordinates cross functional relationships with Account Executives & Producers (Regional and National), Claims Managers (Regional & National), Wrap Up Teams, and External Insurance Carrier Loss Control representatives and industry or other trade association representatives;
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent combination of education and experience
Eight (8) or more yearsrelated work experience
Extensive Industry knowledge particularly of Construction trade, management or other related industry work
OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer
Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
SKILLS
Superior written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation capabilities
Ability to coordinate efforts involving individuals from different geographic areas as well as external partners
Excellent leadership, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills-and can translate technical /tactical plans into strategic plans for customer use

Our team has over 20 years of technical project delivery experience. During this period, we have established a standard for building the critical power and cooling infrastructure that supports data centers
**As we continue to expand, Constructiv is building a pipeline of skilled construction professionals for future opportunities in the United States. While we currently do not have immediate openings, we want to connect with talented individuals in the data center construction industry who are open to exploring roles with us when the time is right.**
**Travel** **:** **Travel is required - up to 90%. 90% is required due to assignment being on site/physical location, living in temporary housing. Onsite is Monday - Friday with occasional off hours work, nights and weekends as needed.**

**Richmond, VA**
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Interface with construction trade personnel to outline safety requirements and ensure customer and industry standards compliance.
+ Maintain and manage documentation related to all safety incidents.
+ Ensure that all necessary safety training is provided and completed in accordance with customer safety procedures.
+ Responds to site incidents, intervening as necessary to address increases in safety events.
+ Support the coordination and implementation of comprehensive safety programs and policies.
+ Contributes to developing baseline regulatory procedures to enhance overall site safety.
This role is critical in fostering a safety culture and ensuring all personnel on-site's well-being.
**Minimum Job Requirements**
**Education**
High School Diploma or Equivalent
**Work Experience**
5+ years of data construction experience
2 - 4 years Construction data center experience
1-2 years experience in oil and gas with large-scale project construction.
**Preferred Job Requirements**
**Education**
BS degree in a related field
**Work Experience**
8+ years of data construction experience
5 years of Construction data center experience
5 years' experience in oil and gas with large-scale project construction.
**Compensation** : Constructiv is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary for this role is $123,600.00- $185,500.00 USD. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
**Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
