Eversource is looking for a Supervisor, Construction (Construction Management, Transmission) located in Eastern Massachusetts . In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the construction field management and construction inspection process of projects for transmission lines and substations in Massachusetts. Position Overview
The Construction Foreperson will oversee and direct all facets of construction crew operations and personnel.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Functions)
• Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and P.J. Keating Company.
• Assist in the layout of project.
• Assist in on the job training of crew members.
• Take part in daily crew and equipment management.

The Managers key responsibilities include:
Assess the project to determine needed repairs to get back to pre-loss conditions Draw a sketch and build an estimate Meet with customers to get all necessary paperwork completed and material selections made Compile a budget for the work to be done and write work orders for subcontractors Work closely with Field Superintendent and Job File Coordinator to ensure that all project needs are met Coordinate material orders for the project Interview and onboard subcontractors Prepare Change Orders as needed and upsell jobs where appropriate Coordinate collection of payments for the project according to payment schedules Work closely with other departments in the organization Achieve revenue and profitability goals
Experience Preferred:
Excellent customer service Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills Experience in construction and management Experience writing estimates and following a budget

$55,000+ bonus (based on experience, certifications and education)
