About the Role:

LinTech Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Architect - SME Level II to support our contract with the IRS - Criminal Investigation division. This role combines enterprise-level strategic planning with deep technical expertise in systems architecture, cloud engineering, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and integrating complex systems within federal government environments, aligning IT solutions with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Leadership:
  • Design and maintain enterprise architecture across all Tech Ops domains, aligning with business needs and federal requirements.
  • Lead efforts to modernize, unify, and integrate IT systems, reducing silos, improving scalability, and increasing ROI.
  • Develop and implement architecture roadmaps, and standard operating procedures in accordance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP).

  • Design and implement security frameworks, threat modeling, and incident response plans to protect federal data and ensure compliance.
  • Integrate cybersecurity best practices into all phases of IT system architecture and solution development.
• Technology Strategy & Risk Management:
  • Capture and prioritize business and technical requirements for current and emerging needs.
  • Develop investment, risk, and financial models to support sound IT decision-making.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, blockchain) for mission advancement.
• Collaboration & Governance:
  • Engage with federal stakeholders, project managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into architectural solutions.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with governance standards and supports continued business value delivery.
• Documentation & Standards:
  • Develop architecture documentation, including IT infrastructure design, data models, policies, and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain system architecture, standards, and O&M standard operating processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree with at least 4 years of specialized experience OR Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of specialized experience in IT systems architecture.
• Proven experience supporting federal government contracts and navigating related procurement and compliance requirements.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards including NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
• Hands-on experience with cross-platform integration , large-scale system design, and DevSecOps or Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to develop and implement system level architecture (including cloud and data center) and technology modernization strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CISSP , CISM , AWS Solutions Architect , PMP , ITIL , or CDP .
• Experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines and tools in secure environments.

Summary

Under general supervision, the Field Inspector I performs inspection of grain and food oil transport systems and loading/ unloading processes, and sampling of grains, food oils, and other commodities per established government regulations and standard operating procedures.

Job Functions

• Performs Inspection/sampling of containers, barges, and rail cars at different locations
• Supervises loading and counts of agricultural products in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
• Physically measures, weighs, samples, and takes temperatures (where applicable) of a variety of agricultural products in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
• Calculates the transferred quantities (where applicable) and performs full reconciliation of the same
• Performs initial analysis of the different grains, splitting the samples to speed the process for the Grain Graders
• Transports commodity samples from the loading terminals to the office and vice versa
• May perform basic laboratory testing of samples under supervision
• Takes detailed notes and photographs to document the inspection process, and reports all required field activities as per National/Regional field forms
• Maintains regular communication with administrative staff with reference to job status, progress, problems, etc

Required Skills/Experience:

• Significant experience in one or more scripting such as Python or R, Proficient in one or more big data programming , such as Python, Scala, or Java
• Analyze and decomposes activities and requirements to software designs that are allocatedacross systems components/sub-components.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions in support of IRS and other federal agency programs. This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, strong integration experience, and familiarity with federal IT and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with federal stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with IRS program goals and compliance mandates.
  

• Architect enterprise-grade solutions using Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Experience Cloud , and Salesforce Shield .
  

• Lead technical design sessions and oversee development efforts in line with Salesforce best practices and federal data security policies (e.g., IRS 1075 , FedRAMP High , NIST 800-171 ).
  

• Guide and review custom development using Apex , Lightning Web Components , Visualforce , and Flows .
  

• Integrate Salesforce with federal legacy systems and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs , middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) , and secure authentication protocols.

Qualifications:
